The facility is located across from West Village, right off the S. Atlanta Rd. exit on 285. This location is perfect to swing in and out quickly with the access to 285. Robin is an absolute pleasure to deal with and you can reserve spots for your dog through Facebook, text message, email or phone call. This kind of customer service is hard to find nowadays. The prices are unbelievable compared to what you pay at other Atlanta facilities. While they do not offer cameras to watch your dog, they post pictures of the dogs playing outside each day. We have now dropped our dog off for daycare and boarding.. and we were highly pleased with both. We would recommend this place to any pet owner. We took her there even before the new management recently took over, and I've been thrilled with all of the updates they've made. They've recently done some renovations that make it look nice, the place actually smells CLEAN every single time (it used to reek of pee a lot of the time before new management took over), and the staff is super friendly. My dogs tail just wags when she sees some of the staff there. They're also getting a lot better about posting daily Instagram photos, and I love when I see my little girl pop up on the daily photos. They're prices are totally reasonable for both boarding and daycare (day camp is $28 and boarding is $40 a day) - yes, the prices increased recently, however I still feel like the costs are reasonable. They have an online service that makes it super easy to request daycare or boarding and they're really quick to confirm your reservation (before you'd have to call and pray someone picked up the phone to reserve anything) Huge kudos to the new management for what they've done, and to the entire staff for making my baby feel comfortable to be there!

Took their food and bowls but was told they provided bowls, so they gave me back my personal bowls. Wen I returned to picked them up and brought them home, both dogs started coughing. By the next day, their symptoms had become worse. I took them to the veterinarian, where they were diagnosed with Kennel Cough. I contacted Frogs to Dogs to inform them of the situation and was told someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, I have not received a phone call, text, or email addressing my concerns. I understand that kennel cough can sometimes occur even in vaccinated dogs and in boarding environments, but I am disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-up after reporting what happened. Recently our pet sitter through Critter Sitters retired and we met with our new sitter one time. Everything seemed fine and we were scheduled to go out of town and had confirmed with the new sitter employed by Critter Sitters that everything was in order. Yesterday I asked for clarification about the billing since it seemed substantially higher with the new sitter over what we had paid previously - in response, I have been told that the sitter's schedule has changed and that I should seek care for my animals elsewhere. With little more than a week's notice, this was very unprofessional and disappointing to say the least. I've tried to communicate my experience to the owner of the company but the line has been busy for some time; will update this review if new information becomes available but sadly, I can no longer recommend this business and would seek care for pets elsewhere. Update: the owner responded and while appreciated, I find the way this situation was handled by Critter Sitters very unprofessional. I can include the text conversation for reference as I did not negotiate: I asked a question about a price difference between two different sitters employed by the same company, a difference of over 300 dollars. The only "policy" I see enforced or followed here is poor customer service.

And realized I owe this fantastic person a review. A very long story short, in 2015 I found myself in temporary housing after a move back to Atlanta to start a new job. It was a very difficult situation with two rescue dogs that suffered from anxiety/separation issues. The day prior my daytime pet arrangements had fallen through. I also had work travel imminent. I was in a panic and massively stressed. The same day I called Karen, she showed up to meet me and the two pups. They took to her immediately, even my ultra scared/shy guy who shivered and shook around people. She confidentially handled them, kindly calmed my anxiety over the situation and had it under control. She could double as a therapist!!! The next day while I was at work all went totally fine with their walk. I even received text photos with details of how it went. The pups were happy, I was relieved of stress and life suddenly became simpler. For simplicity sake I've glossed over a very trying and rough time in life. One of the things we liked most about Sarah's Pet Corner is that we didn't have to leave our puppy in a place where he'd be stuck in a tiny cage with little socialization and exercise. After his stay, she provided us with homemade puppy treats, a "report card" of how he did and a dvd slideshow with pictures of him playing. You can tell that she genuinely has a passion for what she does. I know that Brewer had a blast while he was there....he was so tired when we picked him up that he cuddled up with me and slept on my lap for the very first time. We trust Sarah and have now taken Brewer back there every time we are out of town. He LOVES going to visit his friends at Sarah's Pet Corner :)
