On our most recent trip, we were delayed getting home and Thomas was super flexible and accommodating, making an extra visit to our cats at the last minute. She has an obvious love of cats and I can only assume she also enjoys dogs/other animals. I was particularly pleased with two things: 1. Carol texted multiple photos of our cat and 2. Carol noticed a gas smell in the kitchen and took it upon herself to arrange for the power company to make a visit. They noticed a gas leak in the stove and made sure the gas was turned off to the appliance. Ultimately, Carol was not only a superb cat sitter, she was also a great house sitter! Highly recommended.
