He had a small stay of about 5 days in total, and the staff constantly updated me throughout his stay. His illness really seemed to be a death sentence, but after trying a medicine they don't typically use, he began improving so quickly. We were so thrilled when we finally got good news of progress for our boy. He is doing just perfect now and is back to his loving self. I cannot thank this hospital enough for their dedication to their job, and to their patients. Throughout the days there, we saw many people treated so well. If you ever have an emergency I highly recommend them. They treat your animal like they are their own. I truly felt so supported and like our boy was in the best hands possible.

The exam rooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet, so that your visit is kept private. The Doctors are the best we've ever been to. They listen to you and give you sound advice that's in the best interest of the (insert pet here). We find the prices for services and medication very reasonable, and making an appointment has never been a problem. As sad as it is, we've brought two of our dogs here to say goodbye to them. It's a terrible thing to do and it's incredibly difficult, but the staff understands that. They give you as much time as you need and make sure your pet is comfortable. I was able together him to swallow the antibiotic and his eyes cleared up overnight, though he woke up the next day blind and deaf from his fever and died 3days later. Be wary of this clinic!

We have always had very attentive care and vets that will go above and beyond for our pets. When I'm cleaning up after my in-laws completely blind and incontinent dog, I start wonder if they're keeping them alive a little TOO long. They take a couple hour break mid-day from 2-4, but they also stay open till 8pm M-Th, and are open on Saturdays, too. So overall their hours are great, as long as your vet emergency doesn't happen during that break time! They have separate areas for cats and dogs to wait and their exit and entrance doors are separated as well. This means that altercations between animals are unlikely. In fact, I've never seen one. We briefly tried another vet that was closer to home, but they seemed more interested in selling us extra procedures instead of helping our cats. Not so at Lawrenceburg!
