It's owner, Carol, is SO responsive and kind. Right off the bat she let me know that there was a wait list and we would be placed on it. Lucky for us, they had someone who was moving out of state about 6 weeks after we were placed on it. I got impatient and took my dog to Stella Ruffingtons in the meantime. They treated her great there, but she didn't really like it. There were a lot of dogs there which was a bit overwhelming. At WS Doghouse, they slowly introduced her into the pack. She met each dog individually and they were really patient with my dog. My dog gets nervous and freaks out at times, but Carol could tell she wasn't aggressive, just nervous! I love that about Carol! They caught him in the act, rushed him to the vet, brought a sample to make sure it wasn't anything harmful, and all at their expense. Customers are easily able to schedule their services, and the site allows for customization of the visit length and time. Staff also respond to requests or send pet-updates through the portal which get sent directly to your email. You can also see exactly when your sitter arrived / left. I'd also like to point out that the prices are very reasonable. Yes, there is a small holiday fee (7$ for me at least).
