We just needed to return a plug which is no more than $15 but I can't find our receipt. When we were there to return it, she just gave us such grief and hell from returning it without a receipt. I ask her if I am the only one that has returned an item without a receipt and she said Yes, this is the first time she is ever doing a return without a receipt which I know is a big lie. She is nasty and short with us and just overall very poor customer service. The name of this person is "DEANNA". She should never have been hired for this position because I think she doesn't know what she's doing and I think she hates her job. Please, if you're keeping her for this job, enroll her in customer service class training for goodness' sake. We will never go back there ever again!

I returned it to the pound - after a few days they returned this feral cat back to our property. Now AGAIN it's terrifying all our tenants again. I thought they would try to get it up for adoption. They won't come out to deal with feral cats but gladly return it back. Unbelievable!!!!
