The groomer is fantastic, well-educated and you can rely on to identify or assist with dog and fur and skin health related questions. 4 weeks ago my beautiful GSD Sasha passed. By the next week when I took Chloe for grooming, the next day a beautiful bouquet of flowers were sent to my home. It made my heart happy. This is a GLORIFIED SHELTER. It wasn't at all what we were expecting and we actually feel pretty guilty for leaving our two puppers here. We definitely won't be bringing them back. We got the "Luxury Suite" and requested they be given toys for their stay (you click the options when you use their obligatory curbside pick up. You are not allowed inside to see where your dog is staying. This was a RED FLAG I wish I'd paid more attention to). We used the Live Webcam sporadically through their stay and saw they were never given any toys! None! Not for nearly two days! They just laid there, bored out of their minds. I'm not sure how they are selling the "luxury" part of this scam, either; your dog is staying in a shelter-like kennel, surrounded by other dogs. Potty breaks are very spaced out (5 hours apart) and minimal--they weren't let out after 4:00 PM!! I am completely flabbergasted at the services offered, their stay in no way reflected what we were led to believe our pups would experience. We got our pups back and it was clear they'd also had minimal human contact the entire time we were gone; we watched on camera during pick up as they went crazy for attention when someone came to pick them up (not at all characteristic of them). They stank like a shelter and have diarrhea and are exhausted from not sleeping (surrounded by constant barking the whole time, just like in a shelter). It's as if we took them to the Animal Shelter for the weekend, not the resort-style experience we thought we were purchasing for our fur babies. Our dogs were there for less than 48 hours and it cost us almost $250!!! We were quoted a price MUCH lower when we dropped them off and they didn't apply our veteran discount, even though we discussed it on the phone. USE ROVER.

I've been taking my pup here for day camp, boarding and grooming since April 2019. I found it to be…read moreone of the nicest pet facilities in Knoxville -- it's very clean, there's decent outdoor space for the dogs and it looks nothing like a shelter. For day camp, the dogs get two, hour and half play periods (separated by size) which might not be enough if you have a young dog with a lot of energy, but of course it's better than nothing. Camp spaces can fill up really fast; one of my biggest gripes with this place is that you really need to book in advance - especially for Friday spots. If your schedule stays the same and you know it in advance, then it shouldn't be a problem for you. However, that isn't the case for my husband and I. Because we need to book week by week, we are often unable to use Petsafe for day camp and have to use a different place. As for boarding, there's no where else I'd rather leave my dog for a weekend or long trip. Again, the rooms are really nice and they offer lots of different options, with add-ons like special treats. I love the webcam for checking in on my pup too. One thing I don't like is that there is no camp on the weekend, so no interaction or play time with other dogs. I usually pay extra for my dog to have a VIP season aka one on one time with the attendant so he doesn't get too bored. I also don't like that you can't call on the weekends to see how your dog is doing. In general, the phone system is so bad there that often you have to call multiple times before you get through. It is easily my biggest frustration with the place. Finally, the groomer is great. She's given my dog the best hair cuts he's ever gotten. So overall, you can expect to have a good experience here. I know my dog loves it and I know he's in good hands whether I'm at work for the day or traveling for the week.

The waiting room was almost non-existent in the lobby area. The environment stressed me out. The parking lot is so small that I had to park further out and walk in with two cats in separate carriers. That being said, the female vet and the staff were all very nice to me despite my obvious stress. The two star rating is in regard to the parking lot and the prison-like atmosphere of this clinic. Taking in multiple cats at a time is already stressful, add all these other things to the mix and you might get a frustrated client. Vibe and atmosphere is crucial to consider especially when folks come in and their pet is sick, dying, or needs surgery. It could help reduce the stress of pet owners. Unfortunately, for those reasons we will be choosing a different clinic.

That's a HUGE plus, as peace of mind is important when choosing a vet. Parking has been really easy in their gravel lots on either side of the building every time I've been there. The bad: While the vets are amazing, the front desk staff is lacking in the customer service department. I try not to judge too harshly in this area normally, but I have consistently been ignored, put on hold for 15+ minutes, and twice forgotten about entirely. I know they're probably busy but it's difficult to call and ask questions, schedule appointments, etc over the phone and seriously cuts back on the convenience factor. The price. I naively assumed all vets offices were at least close in price, so when my past vet in Knoxville charged us $215 for two dogs annual shots, I was shocked when the same shots plus ear drops was $420 here. After asking around, this seems to be at least $100 more than other local vets in this area so we are planning to find a new vet now. Overall: if money is no object and you're patient with the phones, you'll get wonderful care for your pets here!

I arrived 10 min before the appointment, and 59 minutes later, we are still waiting on the vet to come in. Starting from the way they have you "check in" which you have to do from your car, and on a hot day, you should expect to sit there while your car is running for at least 25 min. We will not be coming back here again.

In a series of unfortunate happening the same morning my other cat (who had been seen there 2 months ago) he was in a true medial emergency and I already had an appointment with my other cat. I went to the office (and yes it was before they opened) I stopped a tech and asked if there was anyway they could take him in to help with his pain and to possibly help him not hurting anymore. I was told they can't take him because he was 2 months behind on shots and I Informed them I had an appointment in two weeks for all my animals. The tech told me she could take him in bc a DR wasn't there and I just needed to go to the emergency vet. Was also informed depending on the severity he may or may not could be seen at my regular appointment time. At that hour it would have taken at least 45 mins and I had the diabetic cat in the car as well , since he had an appointment at 8. I told her I would figure it out. Took him across town and they took him from my arms in less than 5 seconds and I had never been there nor did they make his vaccines their main concern. My cat would have never made it to the emergency vet. I have been a vet tech in my past and it was always priority to just help emergencies no matter what! I understand the complexity of the hours and such but my baby was of no concern. They had helped my babies prior but I truly feel like the situation could have been handled a little differently. Hearing a pet cry out in such pain is something I cannot just push off. I appreciate the care they gave prior to but I need an office who will go the extra mile for my fur babies.

So I called back hours later and only then they proceeded to tell me there's a 24 hour notice. Other than that the Vet was very good and was able to determine my dog had a fungus issue. Something the vet across the street failed to do in multiple visits and lying to me about treatment.
