This facility needs some current reviews. Let me say this is a wonderful caring place to leave your dog which I have done many times until he passed. Lori is the owner and along with her staff they are attentive and responsible to the care they give. My dog was never hesitant to go and was willingly led back to his enclosure when we arrived, never looking back. That says a lot. When he passed, I stopped in to tell them and they came out and hugged me and cried with me. Lori then sent me a follow up sympathy card. Such nice ladies. I will actually miss going in and talking to them; they always took an interest in me as a customer. The facility is clean and lovely. It's pastoral in the country side. Im going to start this update by saying "I would not recommend." Been here SEVERAL times 20+ I havent always checked in because our boys take them here, with all 3 of my furbabies. We do alot of trips and getaways that we just can't take huskies and a pomeranian. The first time I boarded them here they came home and headed straight for the water and food. We never thought anything of it, considering they are furbabies and they get thirsty etc..it steadily got worse, started losing weight... so, before we left on this two day trip we wanted to let them know this is an oncurring thing. The owner told us they only get fed twice a day. What? I specifically told them their food is always down, there is no specific time they eat. Well, that explains that problem- Now onto a more serious issue- We just Got back from a quick two day trip and was told, before we picked them up to get a total price as our boys pick them up and I wanted to make sure we got the right amount, that our oldest furbaby chewed on an aluminum piece of framing on the slide door that separates the air conditioned part from the run. I asked to see it upon arrival and she showed us the backside of it..I then asked to see the part he bit.. after seeing it why was my baby still in that cage?? He could have got cut on it or got an eye poked out on it as high as this was bent 85 degree angle at least a foot and a half up off the ground. They told us on the phone that they were not charging us for this. His teeth are fine. First off, WHY didn't they call me !? Secondly, WHY was he still in that cage with that aluminum trim piece poking up in the cage?! I'm thinking there is more to this story then what they are telling us. WHY would all of a sudden this happen after all the times they have been here? Makes no sence. The owner told us this was not the first time this has happened. Really?? This is the first time we was notified of this- she said our oldest was not allowed back since it happened before. -I pay them to watch my furbabies- -I pay them to make sure my babies are fed and watered. -I pay them to run and play and love on my furbabies- -I pay them to care for my furbabies to make sure their in a safe place- Welllll.... We are not taking our furbabies here again. They only check on them twice a day. The rest of the time they are in here alone. They never asked us for our furbabies updated shot records, bordatella etc. How many regular pets are coming in and not getting these updated shots? We feel its not safe.... They should have called me yesterday when this happened...They also, as hot as it is with 2 of them being AKC Siberian Huskies, need food more then twice a day. read more

I have been boarding my dogs with Linda and Mike for more than 10 years and I cannot say enough about them and the kennel. Whether I'm gone for over a month or just overnight I consider TB&B to be the go to place for the care of my dogs. Always clean, friendly, and the staff know my dogs by name and tails are always wagging. I recommend TB&B to all my friends and neighbors. Great care and no surprises. read more

We were able to board our dogs here after losing our house to a house fire this last January. I have been so grateful for them taking such good care of our three dogs on such short notice. Our dogs were well taken care of and the staff were wonderful and so helpful. I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend! read more

We have boarded our dog many times over the past few years and have always been pleased with the service and the friendliness of the staff. The fees are very reasonable and the attention she gets while there is fantastic. They allow he to eat her own food so there is no adjustment issues. It was a hard decision to leave our 4 1/2 old month puppy with anyone. We thought we did our homework and interviewed a few places. Tellico B&B seemed like a good place, the tour was well thought out including the reason for the gravel in the dog runs, which I had thought may be tender for the dogs to run on. The owner informed me it was for wash down and it made sense. We were gone for 10 days on vacation. When we came to pick up our puppy, we arrived before they had a chance to give her a departure bath. We saw what our poor baby had been living with for the past 10 days, she was covered in urine, wet, and smelled horrible. We were told that she had submissive peeing which was common and that she should outgrow it and that we should get her out more to socialize her. All of this is true, but she is in fact still a puppy and had just received her last set of vaccinations. This was her first experience in a social setting, we were hoping that B&B would make it a positive one. I was surprised that they let her stay in urine for the 10 days. Even if we had only paid for a single departure bathing, they could have at least rinsed her off. The flooring needs to drain urine and other wet downs from the living area, she should have been in a dry area. Instead she stayed wet and in urine for 10 days. No special care or attention for this puppy, just a disregard for what she was living in. We do anticipate socializing her more now that she has all of her shots. It is a shame that her first experience was such a disaster. Stay away from this place !!!!! read more

I've been bringing my cockapoo here for years. She loves it. She's always excited to go and in good spirits when she gets home, unlike a good many other kennels I've tried. They are also super flexible when last minute trips come up, which for me happens a lot. Not sure what kind of bee is in that other reviewer's bonnet, but I'll say that my experience is very different from hers. Highly recommend. read more
