We never have an issue getting assistance finding product or even exchanging product that was purchased in error. Took our German Shepherd to get groomed for the first time. The girl goes up to her and our dog starts to bark (it's her first groom and she's nervous) She said "if I can't put it on her then we can't take her" and she literally didn't even try to put it on her. clearly hasn't worked with new dogs that haven't had a grooming before. She wasn't nice and clearly just didn't wanna even groom her because she was lazy. Get some people who actually know how to work with dogs. read more

It's important to note that my husband is the kindest man in the world and literally never says anything bad about anyone or anything. He took our 3 year old cocker spaniel to this Pet Smart for the premium groom. He almost left before the appointment began because the groomer (Amanda A.) was pissy with him when he was trying to decide how short to trim our dogs hair. It wasn't what she said but her body language & behavior and obvious lack of patience. He should have went with his gut instinct and walked out of the store. By the time it was done, our pup was having an anxiety attack...panting heavily, the whites of his eyes were blood red, and trembling. My husband never took his eyes off her (except during bathing because he could not see that area), so I am not insinuating that she was rough with him. However, she certainly does not have a calming demeanor. He ended up leaving with his face and paws untrimmed...so he looks a little crazy. I'm not sure how much of the "premium" services he received. I do know that she did not even bother putting a bandana or bow tie on him. This will be the first and last time we ever use a Pet Smart for grooming! read more

I have taken my dog Packy to the groomers for the last 3 years and all of them have been professional. I have never witnessed any ill towards customers, staff or animals. They are accommodating even when I have to make last minute appointments. My dog always comes out of the kennel clean and refreshed. Granted it takes awhile, but perfection is done in a matter of minutes, but hours. The prices are very comparable as well. Consider the time it takes to trim the nails, bathe a dog both with shampoo and conditioner (sometimes Rx shampoo), dry the dog, brush the teeth and check the anal glands it is time well spent to help keep the dog healthy. I personally have tried to trim Packy's nails and I cannot accomplish it on my own without hurting him. I would/have recommended their service to everyone I talk to. Before posting a bad review talk to the staff first and see if there is anything that can be done to satisfy your concerns. When you book the appointment make sure you know exactly what you have booked and the cost to accomplish the job. There may have been other extenuating circumstances (another dog that did not get along with your dog) that caused the lengthy appointment ie: an employee illness/death in the family etc. read more

Your average Petsmart. Great selection of fairly healthy fish. The small animal section could use a bit more when it comes to cage accessories, but they have a great selection of bagged foods. The staff seem friendly and eager to help. read more

Weve took our dogs here they have been nicked and cut during grooming. They keeo them ther for at least 4 hours our dog now has anxiety and suffered a seizure. I saw the worker say through the window quote " Oh my God" because our dog was matted. Is it not thete job to do a clean shave. Maybe there poorly paid. They didnt like us having a military discount.
