Closes pet store to me but this is the 2nd time I am charged the wrong price and the guy on the register (Carl) isn't so happy that I notice and ask for the price that is on the shelf. The first time I let it go I hate being confrontational this time he told me he had to go off what the computer says. Pls check your receipts! While I was waiting in line for my refund the last in front of me was also charged at least $8-$10 more. The manager did correct it but just imagine how many other people buy things and are charged incorrectly. read more

So Ziggy has been going here for a while and I know that due to COVID there has been a lot of changes. I made the appointment for later in the evening due to work. I got there 10-15 min early just to make sure I was on time Well I had to wait and wait and wait. It felt like forever. There was someone in front of me with their pet and it was taking forever to get them checked in. I know it's a pet store but they could spot clean a little more. I wipe up after my dog in the store but everyone doesn't and they was urine and dog feces on the floor that needed to be cleaned. It was HOT in the store, I asked the cashier if she was hot working by door which lets hot air in every time it opens. She said the air is broken. I was concerned for her health and how long she had to stand in the heat with broken air and think that needs to be addressed. read more

Think twice before taking your pet to this spot. It has gone down considerably in the last year. The groomers are mediocre at best. I have observed the groomers snapping at dogs in a harsh tone and texting while grooming. There is an evident lack of professionalism from some of them. I was extremely disappointed at the service and nonchalant attitude received during my last two visits. I am happy that I found a new, affordable groomer that my dog adores. read more

I bring my shitzu here all the time for her baths and cuts. They do an excellent job at a reasonable price. All of the groomers I have used are very skilled, and always have my little sweetie looking so precious when she leaves. read more

Bottom line: If you need it now, buy it here. If it can wait a day or two, use Amazon. Price gouging, thy name is Petsmart. The crate that was $74.99 here? $30.99 on Amazon. Puppy playpen? $84.99 v $36.99. Even basics like wee wee pads... 10 count here $6.99 (the hundred pack was around $50) a 100 pack from Amazon was $16.99! $16-freaking.99! If you could put numbers in all caps, I would. I was in a bind, so I paid their prices, but I know that my $126.10 would have been half that if I wasn't bringing a new puppy home for the first time and I needed essentials. Nice staff. read more

The vet and general store area of this location is perfectly fine, so this rating is purely based on the pet salon. For the past 2 years, I've been taking my dog for grooming and the service have been on a slow decline ever since. At first they were attentive and kind, but after a few visits the staff seems less than enthusiastic when it comes to customer service. The info in my file is always wrong and never updated properly. I've had appointments scheduled on wrong days even though I've had the employee repeat the date/time back to me to confirm. And I've encountered annoyance at trying to schedule an simple appointment date. I don't make outlandish requests when it comes to grooming, yet, every time I pick my dog up, she is never groomed properly. The employees always make notes in the computer, asking me how I would like her to be trimmed, but obviously don't reference it when grooming her. This is incredibly frustrating, given the high cost of each grooming session. The worst was the last visit when I overheard an employee yelling while holding a tiny, shaking dog and texting on their phone. Whether they were frustrated at whomever they were talking to on the phone or the little scared dog, it makes no difference. It was completely unprofessional and I won't be taking my pet there again. read more

Love this petsmart! My partner and I have visited this store quite a few times and customer services have always been the best! Our little Pekingese is always a hit there. Everyone loves him. The staff is very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The store is clean. Our dog had a little accident on the floor but they have cleaning stations. It was very nice of this one worker that actually said "it's okay! I got it" with a nice smile. The staff is very knowledgable about pets and the store along with being easy to talk to. There are 4 registers but checkout is always speedy. Parking is spacious and well lit. Prices varies. It is a pet store, prices depends on brand, size of your pet and etc. Warning: if you bring your dog, don't be suckered by their cute eyes and pout! We were and spent quite a few on him. I have been taking my dog to groom for several visits now. This last visit my Erin V at the millerville location was absolutely the worst he has ever looked. No teddybear round face, just shaved all the way. There also long strangs of hair left on his neck and back like she totally missed it or just got tired of grooming him. read more

I've had only good experiences here, by 3 different groomers. Dawn, Ashley, and most recently, Alex, listened well to my requests, and had a great rapport with my rescue dog Pepper. The results each time were to my and my picky sons' liking. If your pet is nervous, the best time to go is during the weekdays, when it's not super busy. read more

I took my dog who had matting around her feet and and few other places to get groomed. I was told that they would groom her but she needed her rabies shot which is understandable. I went to get her rabies shot and showed the vet the matting I was told it wasn't that bad and any groomer could shave her. I went back today to get her groomed I was told they couldn't do it because the matting was too bad I'm angry because I took her a few days ago and a different person agreed to do after getting rabies shot and today another employee turned her down and I felt this person had an attitude and just didn't want to do it. I will NEVER bring my puppy here again!! I brought him in for his first full groom, he was only getting baths before, and they butchered him!! I asked that my long haired Rottweiler be trimmed and his nails ground down. I came back 4 hrs later to a puppy that looked like a bootlegged poodle. They used a number 10 blade on him!!! He was cut to the skin, uneven, left with holes in his fur, a huge dent in the back of his head, and all his long hair was still on his head and ears. The manager offered to fix it, AKA have to cut him even more so it's at least even, but when I wanted a refund as well she refused to fix it. I'm furious and will be contacting the corporate offices!! Never bring your dog here!!! read more

Petsmart has a good grooming salon. They have great hours and the place is very clean and well managed. My poodle has been groomed by several of the girls working there and each time I have been very pleased. The main drawback about Petsmart is that it is a little on the expensive side, but the positive attributes outweigh the negative. read more

I have been taking my dog here for a while for baths and haircuts and never had a problem till yesterday when my dog bit the lady who was cleaning his ears. I simply think she maybe went to deep in his ears because he has always gotten them clean and has never bit anyone. Today me and my mother went back just to ask what exactly happened when we got there they gave us dirty looks and were so rude. When we went in I asked for a manager so they wouldn't think we came in there with bad intentions and the lady ended kicking us out and putting her hand in my face. They have a very friendly staff w/ full grooming & vet clinic. It's relatively clean & organized throughout the isles. However, I took my mini schnauzer for a full groom + flea shampoo & spend specifically mentioned that I would like to keep his beard & skirt long. I came back 5 hours to see that his beard was mostly all gone. .I was so disappointed since it is one of the signature traits of a schnauzer. The groomer kept telling me I should mentioned it more? Besides it being more expensive then most places my kids ended up finding free roaming fleas still oon the dog so that was a waste. For some strange reason they wouldn't provide kind of refund on a few extra dollars for the flea wash even though I ended up spending nearly $100 on my visit. Don't get me wrong, it's a good staff & they have a lot of useful advice but if they want to keep their customers from a business perspective they (management) will have to do a better job to accommodate the needs of their clients. read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I loved this grooming salon at first but over the months their grooming quality decreased tremendously. I've had to bring my yorkie back to this salon because they did not cut or clean his ears once. My last visit to this location was in September and something happened to my dog in the 5 hours they had him. His breathing sounded very harsh and dry when I picked him up. No one called me to tell me this; no one called me to pick him up either (his grooming was complete when i arrived). After a month of trying to contact PetSmart corporate officials to figure out what happen I receive a called from the District Manager who apologized and recommend another PetSmart location for me to go to and a specific groomer. Ironically, when I finally decide to trust PetSmart again with my dog, I discover that no PetSmart location in my city will accept my dog. PetSmart makes mistakes during their grooming sessions, tries to hide them, ignores the complaints then blacklist you. read more
