I shopped many years. But today I had warse Experience in this Casselberry Petsmat. I wanted 2 parrots. After conversion with the Associate. The price posted she told me it's over. I said All 3 signings said the sale price so you suppose to give it to me because it's your fault.one ward 2 ward, she called 3 other workers and they started arguing and told me get out my store or I will call police. I told them I am a disabled senior citizen. But all 3 with the nasty behavior through me out of the store. I never Seen this kind of customer service in my Life. I came out from the store crying.

Came here to get dog haircut. Also to get a few dog products. They are always well stocked and have great beds and toys. We come here because its right in the area we are always in.

Awesome store! Clean and fun! Halloween costumes for all pets! My dog loves going PetSmart !

Today is 8/23/2022. Sold a bag of cat food that expired in OCTOBER 2021.

Ordered an online DoorDash delivery. DD pickup was assigned to this store. They delivered a bag of cat food that was almost a YEAR expired. Buyer BEWARE. This store is selling SPOILED pet food. Today is 8/23/2022. The bag's "best by" date is OCTOBER 2021. 10 months expired. This isn't even a close call.

Petsmart, a great place to take your pet out of the house and let them roam around off course on the leash. Lost to look at and they even have dogs and cats for adoptions(Dogs only on the weekends). They also offer a clinic in-case your dog gets sick and a grooming service if your dogs needs his or her nails clipped or a bath. This store has been here for quit some time and it is located in Casselberry right of 17-92, right next to Target and in the same plaza as Steak n Shake. The service seems not to bad , I gave it four stars because that was fair enough nothing seemed to special about this place but it is still a nice place to bring your dog for a walk and don't worry if he has to go to the bathroom there is cleaning stations located around the store.

Not the best picture of the "knick" that DREW kept referring it as.No he did not cause this however, I'm appalled at the lack of sympathy.

I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with the staff at this location. Particularly the grooming/Banfield staff who were incredibly incompetent and not helpful. Specifically Drew the vet tech. He was beyond rude and condescending with my mother. He was the worst. I trusted them with grooming my sweet pup only to get a call that the razor got too close to his skin and that it wasn't bad. That maybe he'd be irritated that the groom was on them. I didn't feel comfortable with how nonchalant that phone call ended so I drove myself to see him. They told me they were waiting for the vet to come back from lunch to apply skin glue and give me pain medication. The "knick" as they kept referring to was way worse than I was led on to be. I almost wanted to cry right then and there. I asked if this is what they call a knick, but everyone was silent as if they didn't hear me. I am so baffled at the incompetence at this location. I am also so upset with myself that I trusted these people with my dog particularly Sandy the groomer however, she was extremely apologetic and I understand accidents happen, but show a bit of sympathy... As if we were not justified to be upset over this.

Poor Poodle! I'm glad this wasn't my poodle running around free at store # 306 in Casselberry.

Her training program is fun, informative, and effective. I first came to Susan after a recommendation from a close friend. My dog Chloe needed some help learning her proper manners. After the very first class I knew we were in good hands. Susan's training is based on positive reinforcement. Chloe passed through the first and second courses with flying colors. She is now in her third course and is on track to graduate with the Canine Good Citizen certification. We recently adopted another dog that needs training and I knew exactly where to go! Ruby has learned so much after only two classes! If you have a puppy or a dog that needs training I highly recommend Wagging Willow. You will have fun with your pupper, learn a lot, and form a deeper bond with your furry family member.

Both the in-home one-on-one trainings and the group trainings have been such a blessing to our miniature dachshund puppies. We want to give an extra special shoutout to Susan for the constant tips and advice about food, potty training, and literally anything else we need. She puts in so much extra time and effort. She has truly gone above and beyond our expectations for a dog trainer. I can't imagine a better experience than we've had with Susan. If you have a dog, you need training with Wagging Willow. The instructors were all helpful and I loved seeing my dog's progress. We were diligent about attending and practicing. When both my grandfather and mother fell ill and died within 3 months of each other during the holiday season of 2024, I could no longer make the sessions with my dog. Truly they were forgotten during this time of extreme hardship. A couple months later when I could breathe again, I remembered our sessions and went to reserve a class but couldn't because my package had expired. I called and was told that nothing could be done, as this was the policy. These are privately-owned franchise locations, and the owners have the ability to create and revise policies to help their customers - it is their choice to take a customer's money in upfront packages and then refuse to extend any goodwill or flexibility. The classes I attended were rarely full. It would not have hurt their business in any way to allow me to utilize the classes I had already purchased. Looking at other reviews, they have a pattern of treating customers this way. If they had let me use the classes that I bought, I surely would've kept coming and even bought more sessions. But it's not worth it to me to support a business that treats its customers like this.

We did the 10 day board and train. Our pup needed guidance, boundaries, and leadership, with Sit Means Sit we have been able to give that to her. Added background: We brought Layla to a consultation at Sit Means Sit, she saw a trainer's dog showcase her leashless awesomeness and Layla FULLY LOST IT; Barking, pacing, acting in an aggressive way. We've never seen that with Layla... after 10 days of board and train, that same dog crossed our paths and Layla was cool as a cucumber!!! Talk about growth and confidence!!! Even more so in a room full of med- large dogs (which Layla use to bark at) she was super calm and keeps her focus on us, her owners! Thank you Sit Means Sit! In July of 2024 I decided to make the training investement with both. I knew the mad skills and talents that Lexi & Tai have with dogs and both of mine needed the professional assistance. I enrolled them both together. Archie, is an incredibly stubborn 6 year old husky and Pongo is my overly excited, talking 10 month old Husky. They blend well together but they are not everyone's cup of tea! I trusted these two and their team and they did wonders with compassion, patience and professionalism! My dogs are the core of my world, so as most dog owners I worry how others treat my dogs when away. Lexi would touch in almost everyday, she communicated reports with honesty on progress & she let me know when a post of their training was hitting the social so I could feel better being apart. Recently, when I had to evacuate from St Pete during both of these recent hurricanes to Orlando, the team took them right in and explained to me the precautions and procedures they would be taking with them. This team even stayed overnight during the storms! Talk about going the extra mile. Lexi is amazing at communication and I still ask her questions about training because it's an everyday practice here with my two! Tai radiates love when he talks to the dogs. The staff is very professional, clean, organized and educates you on the different packages/pricing & knows your dog! Also they take great photography of the dogs! (photo of the work added!) Bottom line, if you found this facility and you If you love your dog(s) you struck gold!! I have been bringing them since they opened their doors and I will be loyal to this team forever. Note: my dogs could attend our wedding BECAUSE of Lexi and Tai's training with them.
