    This was our second time taking our dog Max to the PetSmart groomer and both experiences have been great! The staff is friendly, professional, and did an excellent job grooming Max. He can be very skittish and shy, but we could tell he was well taken care of here. We were especially cautious after a previous bad experience elsewhere that left Max with clipper burns. That made us extra careful in choosing a new groomer. PetSmart has really earned our trust. The grooming packages are reasonably priced, and we appreciate the flexibility in scheduling appointments and choosing a groomer. We've been very satisfied with the services and will definitely continue bringing Max here!

    This morning I called for 2 appointments I figured since it was raining here maybe it's good to have our girls nails dremel and teeth brushed I had appointment 2:00 I showed up early they took me early. Marie help me with my girls She was great and friendly. I even made a appointment for our neighbor for his boy Benji tomorrow at 9:45am I was a good time for him Marie was happy with her tip from the girls

    I've only came to this pet smart for cat food. They always have good variety. My cat hasn't had any complaints so I shall give pet smart main court a 5/5 stars

    We have been taking our dog here for grooming for many years and have always had a great time. Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend. Felipe claimed our dog was too oily and charged us an extra $10. He also claimed he was "matted" however he is brushed regularly and did not have any mats. He also ridiculed us for bringing our dog in later in the day claiming he "took longer" because he is an older dog. To top it off he cut our dog and did not inform us. My poor dog was not treated well. He was incredibly rude. I don't even want to think how he treated our dog. Please groom your fur babies elsewhere. Zero stars if I could. We are heartbroken to see our pup was treated like this.

    I had the best supportive experience at this store. The male staff at the checkout and the female staff member were amazing. It meant so much to me to get helped with finding the right items for my new pet. The male staff was kind to give me an end hangs for gps name tag after I messed up the process to engrave the name. The female staff assisted me with the process to ensure it went smooth. I love that they sell teal collars and leashes for dogs. The color teal represents survivors of sexual assault and my dog will be trained to be a service dogs. My experience here was filled with so much support o really needed the most. I can barely function these days with simple tasks like shopping. If anyone is ADA or special needs this store is best with a staff that can really help you . I highly recommend this store a visit.

    I originally went to petco on search for my fur babies flea treatment. petco was about to close and I felt rushed. There was nobody around either to help me with any questions so my husband said let's just leave we went to petsmart and had a better shopping experience in every way :). After my experience let's just say I don't think I'm shopping at petco anymore idk... they didn't do me wrong or anything but I was happy at petsmart && let me tell you why... I got a deal on a 6 piece flea treatment from a brand that is new to them called activyl. I grabbed a 6 pack and googled it online. Online it was $59.40 and in the store the price was $89.THEY WILL MATCH YOUR PRICE!! Omg I was so happy. I walked out the store paying $60 :). that's a COME UP right there!! So yes petsmart won my heart I was also happy because I was helped !! Unlike petco closing in 10 minutes... I understand it was Sunday but there still should of been someone walking around to ask a quick question. But it's ok no hard feelings to petco

    Horrible service had to wait 30 minutes for an employee to help me get fish not to mention 50% of the fish in the tanks are dead

    Customer service employees won't help you find anything and are rude. Employees are too lazy and won't back stock check for you.

What has changed?…read more We've used Camp Run-A-Mutt several times over the years for overnight boarding and have always had a great experience, which is why this recent stay was so surprising. When making the reservation, I noticed that a few of my dog's vaccinations would expire during his stay. We took care of getting them updated weeks in advance and made sure the vaccination certificates were sent to Camp Run-A-Mutt. I even confirmed with a staff member at the front desk that they had received everything and that my dog was all set for his stay. A few days before our trip, I received a call saying my dog was missing vaccinations. I asked which ones, and of course they were the very vaccinations we had already updated and submitted. I explained that they had the records, the employee put me on hold, then came back and confirmed everything was in order and said they'd see him on Thursday. Then things got even more frustrating. On Thursday, as I was landing in another state for my vacation, my daughter--who was dropping my dog off before catching her own flight--called me in a panic. She was being told they couldn't accept him because his rabies vaccine wasn't up to date. I immediately called the facility and explained that we had already confirmed his records twice. The employee put me on hold, checked the records, and sure enough, they had his current rabies certificate the entire time. They admitted everything was up to date and accepted him. A few days later, while we were still out of state, I received another call saying my dog was being quarantined and separated from the other dogs because his vaccinations supposedly weren't current. At this point, this was the third time in less than a week that the exact same issue had come up. I again explained that his vaccinations were current and that their staff had already confirmed this multiple times. The employee put me on hold and never came back to the phone. Thankfully, my daughter was only a few hours away and was able to rush over and pick him up. When I called to pay for his stay over the phone and let them know he was being picked up, I was initially told they couldn't accept payment over the phone. That was confusing because I've paid over the phone for previous stays without any issue. When I asked if it was a new policy, the employee admitted it wasn't--they just didn't know how to process a phone payment. They had to get someone else to help before I was finally able to pay. I'm honestly not sure what's changed, but the organization and communication were completely different from the excellent service we've received in the past. The repeated confusion over vaccination records--which they already had on file and repeatedly confirmed--caused unnecessary stress while my family was traveling out of state and ultimately resulted in our dog being removed from daycare and picked up early. We've always been happy with Camp Run-A-Mutt, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I hope this was just an isolated breakdown in communication, but based on our recent experience, I no longer feel confident leaving my dog there.

I highly recommend them to anyone, whether you have a pet dog, or a sport dog they are amazing! My dog and I wouldn't be where we are today without them.

After purchasing the three week package we receive two free follow up classes. I took my first one today and I can attest to the success. It is very clear that my dog loves and bonded with her trainer, she immediately got excited to see him for class . When Felix modeled how to properly handle her there was nothing but joy and pride in her listening. Prior to board and train walking her was extremely difficult, she would lunge at every dog nearby while barking non stop. She would walk ahead with no care for corrections and sniff wherever she felt like it. Two days in I can see a MASSIVE change. She no longer cares about other dogs nearby regardless of whether they're barking at her or the proximity, she walks NEXT to me with very little corrections needed and follows commands while other dogs are nearby, easily. This was the best investment in my girls quality of life. I received daily videos of her progress while being reassured of absence of neglect seeing as they only board and train one dog at a time.

Having a well behaved dog is not…read moreeven something you can put a price on.. but if you have to - these gals are a freakin' bargain. Bailey and I had our last training today with Way of Life.. That's not to say we won't go back for more. But this initial training is all wrapped up.. At least the formal lessons. Bailey will still get her walks full of obedience work. When we first got Bailey she was so timid and submissive.. Peeing when anyone looked her way (even us). She was full of puppy energy and having spent her first 4 months in a back lot, she didn't really understand the concept of 'no'. She wasn't comfortable being indoors so we setup a 'fort' for her in the backyard.. 2 weeks of boarding with WoL and her confidence was soaring. She came home with a solid foundation of commands and corrections that has just kept building in our weekly trainings with Stephanie and Rachelle.. She sleeps happily in her crate each night. Safe in the house.. She is such a good little girl. Between Bailey's good nature, our love for our new girl and our fabulous partnership with WoL, Bailey has nothing but blue skies in her future. If you have a dog that you feel could be a better doggy citizen - call Stephanie and Rachelle. They 'get' dogs.. and they 'get' owners who are CLUELESS when it comes to training dogs.

The cost is very reasonable when you consider the caliber of the training both you and your dog receive. If it wasn't for these folks, I probably would not have been able to handle Doc as he grew. I would not hesitate to recommend using Stephanie and the others at Way of Life.
