So convenient, quick and careful service. Our dog isn't the easiest to groom but they've done a great job considering.

I'm very confused by this business. First of all, they always look closed from the outside. Maybe it's the window tint, but it looks dark in there. Besides that, I have walked in twice only to have nobody be at the desk. Besides obviously wanting some service, someone could've come in and stolen their products.... On top of that, if I go to their website, it shows a picture of a dragon and has posts in Hindi (I think)? Does not look like a real website? Not sure what's going on but I won't be chasing them to spend my money. read more

We took our pup to get his first grooming. He's a F1B goldendoodle. The last place we took him couldn't complete the grooming past the bathing, so we were hesitant and had low expectations that our boy could get his first grooming. They did an amazing job! It took a while, and he was cut a lot shorter than we wanted but we were contacted immediately once they couldn't commit to what we wanted because he was a little matted which we knew. With all things considered, he came out looking clean and happy. He had a lot of anxiety going into it but we were so happy they were able to get our boy cleaned up. She suggested a grooming schedule to keep him clean and avoid matting. Will definitely bring him back again! read more

I first found Pride n Joy Grooming back in 2023 and I've been taking Mochi here ever since. It's been hard to find a groomer for Mochi that can actually cut his hair to how we like it. At Pride n Joy they always follow my grooming instructions perfectly and he comes out looking clean and fresh. My only critique would be sometimes its hard to get a hold of them to make an appointment so I usually make an appointment ahead of time when he's already there. It is very difficult to get an appointment at this groomers. I have been going here for 2 years with my dogs roleaux a yorkie and Goliath a maltipoo. When our appointments are made I have been asked multiple times before in the past to move my times up or down to accommodate the groomers which I have always done no problem! Today I was sick and confirmed my appointment the DAY of and she canceled me and moved the rest of her clients up. No call. Just a text message. This business only cares about numbers and not the actual clientele. I normally don't like moving my time around but I try to be accommodating for them. My scheduled appointment that I booked 2 months ago was deleted just like that because she said "she had a big gap in the morning to fill" and now she "has no more space for my dogs. Maybe at the end of the day". It is nice to see how regular customers are treated here. No flexibility on their end however they expect the customer to be able to move their appointment times around at their convenience. Save yourself the hassle. If you can't get an appointment you just got lucky. It is a sign. I am disappointed about the salon however I should have known as they have a reputation to do this. read more

Couple months ago I got a message that the groomer has an emergency and that's fine we re-arranged our whole schedule. They day came and owner looks so grumpy that he had to work that day couldn't even say good morning, I shrug it off because my dogs really needed haircut. But by the time I picked up the dogs he made a rude comment regarding my foster dog's beard being matted knowing that he has seizures. Long and behold one of my dogs was scheduled this weekend and the day of the grooming they are trying to re-schedule again. Idk this place is really not dependable. Wouldn't go here again. This review is solely based off how excited my mom and grandma was talking about the service that one of our dogs received today. Valentino has gone to two other groomers in the last couple of years, and this is the first time that my mom was asked and given options on how she would like the cut to look. They did an amazing job and the price is great ! My mom received excellent customer service and was treated with warmth and kindness. Valentino looks like the perfect picture Yorkie and we're all so pleased! Thank you! Tomorrow our other pup is getting dropped off for a cut and I'm looking forward to it. Absolutely the best experience for me and my dog. They're very accommodating to my situation which is my puppy not being fully vaccinated yet (he has one last series of shots left) and that he can't see well due to his long fur covering his eyes and his nails are getting really long. Being a first-time dog owner, I'm wary of trimming hair close to his eyes so I wanted to seek an experienced groomer instead. I couldn't pick up my puppy on-time due to work-related matters and they were so understanding. I have free grooming services through Petco but I think I'll stick with this grooming service from now on. Worth every penny. Awesome doggy place. Came to cut my dogs nails and they had gotten so long. Oops. They were very nice and cut her nails. Dog was nervous but seems to be ok even leaving. Usually she shakes and pees on the floor but not today. Easy way to register online and did a walk in. They told me there was a wait but ended up waiting like 2 min and a was in and out like nothing. They should at least send an email saying they are not looking to take on a new client or we're not a good fit. Their questionnaire asked if your dog was a bitter, and my puppy was going through the teething stage when they want to nip at everything so I put "yes". Had our dogs nails clipped here and the person who assisted us was really nice and accommodated us last minute! Anytime we bring our dog to the vet for routines we have his nails clipped and usually they are still really long. Pride n joy grooming clipped his nails perfectly. My dog is extremely timid so I don't get him groomed that often, and the larger corporate groomers (like Petco) are not as personalized and don't take time. Do not go here. They canceled my appointment because I was five minutes late. I called ahead of time to let them know and they lady said it was fine. I show up and they told me that they require you to show up 15 minutes prior to your appointment but never told me, never said that in the email/text confirmation.. no where on their website does it say this as well... they people here are kind but the way they did that was super unprofessional and made me never want to waste my time nor money in a business that switches up like that. read more

Didn't talk to us about how the groom went, they just brought our dog out and went to the back WITHOUT asking us if we needed anything (we were going to buy snacks, but forget that). On top of that when we got in the car, her behind was seriously matted, wasn't dry, and her hair obviously wasn't brushed at all. After moving to the area I was looking for a groomer to trim my dogs nails and I'm so happy I found them! The girl that helped me was so friendly and knowledgeable about my pups needs. The groomer did a great job on him without hurting him. I tried so many places were they would just cut the nail and not buffer it and charge me a lot, but not here!
