I take my dog to get groomed here and it was the first time i picked LEANN K to groom my dog. She said my dog would be out in 2-3 hours. It was 4 hours and we haven't gotten a call about our dog. We came and asked for our dog and she said she hadn't finished with my dog. She didn't cut her mails and cut her hair all crooked and long and ugly and didn't do the service right to what we asked her. We were upset and didn't say anything to her because our dog was under so much stress we needed to take her home. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK LEANN K FOR GROOMING SERVICES, she has terrible customer service and is lazy and doesn't finish her work right. The groomers at Petsmart are fantastic at groomers my female Shih Tzu! They follow me instructions perfectly. When I pick her up she looks so beautiful! It's easy to get an appointment within a few days. My 6 lb. little dog is big on attitude and they take their time and get the job done! Ordered curbside pick up. Showed up to the place 1 hr later to see if it was ready. Kind you it was only one dog crate. They informed me that it hasn't even been started. I offered to pick my dog crate from the aisle because it was clearly available. He informed me it would be 2 hrs for it to be ready. I return in 3 hrs and was then informed by a new shift that it wasn't started. Completely horrible customer service. Don't expect your curbside pick up to be ready until they basically close. I come to this location for not only my dogs vet (which is wonderful) but for her grooming and also food and other pet supplies I need. I am always nicely greeted right when I walk in. If I have questions there is always a manager to help me or and give me good tips/advice and even ways to save money! Always a plus. The groomers here are all awesome! I usually never need any assistance at the pet store, I go in make my purchase and I'm out the door. I was going grocery shopping next door, decided to make my petsmart purchase on line to get my discount and pick it up. Unfortunately had a real hard time with their website, the manager was so helpful gave me a hand with the purchase and was able to process my order fast. Claudia (groomer) told me she was having a hard time because she had matted hair(behind her hind legs, true); so why was her entire body cut uneven??? Her hair was not matted on her body at all! My puppy was traumatized and shaky when I picked her up... Claudia tried to convince me that she was not use to being groomed! The only reason why they're not getting five stars is because one time I came you three times in a row with three different defective fish tank filters and it took us a while to figure it out. My experience here was great! I took my dog here for the first time today. I got the basic wash which included a wash, ear cleaning and nail clipping, for a lab mix and it was $26.00. When i picked her up later, my dog was happy which showed me they had treated her well. They did such a great job! Her coat was shiny and ears were clean. Her nails were clipped nicely. I was very satisfied with service. The customer service was great from beginning to end. They were very loving and caring toward my dog which I really appreciated. I came here to purchase a fish for my son. I noticed that they had baby betta fishes and started researching, Petco has a bad reputation for selling these fish. I thought, how cute my son can watch him grow and ignore the hating websites and focused on what I can do to ensure a proper healthy betta fish. I was greeted by employees, however I did not seek their assistance. When the manager noticed the line was getting long at the register, she jumped in and helped cash customers out. So, i actually like petsmart, even though it's more expensive than shopping for the same products on Amazon, i can get things now without waiting a day or two. However, today I went in and spent way too much on Wellness dog food, (which i am questioning whether i will spend so much here rather than shop online) and the cashier blew his nose in between me paying and me picking up my purchases. This guy has the flu and they have him working the cashier!!! Maybe I wouldn't be so upset if this was not the first time they had someone working the cashier who was sick. Last year at flu season, another sick employee blew her nose while i was keying in my debit card purchase. That encounter was followed by me being sick for a month. So yes i'm pissed! Don't they let their employees have sick time? Do they really want to expose their customers to sickness? I work full time and go to school full time, graduate school. So if i get sick, it's a big problem! I'm personally offended that they do not have a manager who thinks a sick employee, working the register, blowing his nose between customers, and touching their items, is a problem. It is not this employees fault for being sick, but his supervisors should know better. I don't think i will drop down 100 bucks on dog food here again, when i can get it germ free online and probably cheaper. Petsmart management, do your job. read more

I did Intermediate training with my German Shepherd who was 8 months when we started that class and we walked out with my pup graduating and being better behaved. The petsmart training here is great. Elena is our trainer and she is great, my puppy is proof of how much she cares for all of the dogs, she just loves her. We have taken the puppy training class and just finished the intermediate class and going for the advance pretty soon. I am very pleased with the service we have received. Today I was very disappointed, not only was the check out line was backed up almost to grooming not one employee asked if I needed up. I had Been looking at upgrading my aquarium for a few weeks. After doing some research I final broke down and broke out my wallet. PetSmart had the best deal on the 120 gallon aquarium i wanted. This was the only store that had it in stock. I showed up and after a few minutes was able to get help from the aquarium staff. I had a ton of questions as I'm still pretty new to the hobby. The 2 staff members working did a great job and were extremely helpful. They took the time to help me pick out the right filter as well as gave me advice on setting up my new tank. I took my pug puppy in for the first time today for her puppy bath. Everyone was so nice at the salon. They made my puppy feel very comfortable and loved. When I picked her up, she seemed extremely happy, her tail waggin all over the place. I will keep bringing her to this location once a month. My old dog used to love going to this petsmart out of every other one. I also came here for a variety of fishes I had over the years. Like other petsmarts, I came here for hamster food as well as bedding. I think I main used to come here for my chinchilla needs. I owned a couple of chinchillas before that I would take here to find products for them. Bedding, dust, food, shelves for its cage, and etc. The service here is better than most other petsmart. They are quite friendly as well and are willing to help you find anything you need. Recently, I came here to buy some fishes for my girlfriend. Groomers are burned up, and they treated our loved animals like object. I started concerning after I left my baby in such a place. Decided to sit quietly on the bench near from vet area, and they came out and complaining about me sitting there. They were glaring at me as if I was a criminal. Some owner of Chizu picked her/he up,and I heard something awful. Owner "what happened her neck? It is bleeding." Groomer "yeah. It was bleeding from when you brought her here." Owner " ......everytime she's here, something unfortunate happens." Owner seemed too passive person to stand up for her little baby and gave up and left there. I saw the groomers frustrated about the animals because they did not behave the way the groomers wanted, and easily irritated and force them by power. Best grooming in town. Especially "Marissa G." We have been bring our fur baby here for years and she always does an excellent job.

I come here often as they always have Nutro in stock and everything my pup eats. The staff is always very nice to our dog and we recently had him groomed here which I absolutely loved. I was very satisfied with how they left his coat-shiny, soft and clean but not with the typical overwhelming smell of flower shampoo, he just smelled fresh and I was very happy. We have a goldendoodle and I've taken him to other places for grooming and he always comes out looking like a poodle not a doodle! At Petsmart they respected his look and removed a couple of mats that had grown in areas I wouldn't have noticed. Overall I was very satisfied with their services and my pup didn't seem scared when we picked him up so I assume they treated him well, will return for grooming services. read more
