She's never been like that after leaving a groomer before! No wonder they don't have a video link where you can watch your furbaby being groomed! It absolutely reeks in there! It's a combination of cigarette smoke, dog poo, and nasty-smelling air freshener than in no way succeeds, at covering up the other two! My sweet little purse-dog of a maltese was clean and fresh when I took her in for her hair and nails to be cut. She smelled so bad after leaving there that I had to bathe her in my sink as soon as we got home!

Winnie ended up going to Alec years ago and has been going there ever since... She was a good kitty from the moment I got her in Az and I have no words to say except she received the best care from Alec and his staff. Time with cats is never long enough so thank you Alec as she gave my mom such comfort especially since my dads passing I will always remember her and thank you for your excellent care..... You rock( like you did at the talent shows back in hs at STHS) Thank you again!!!

We have been coming to this place for many years with multiple dogs we have had and currently have,…read morerecently we have experienced as family a very traumatic incident. The way we were treated by receptionist ladies is simply not right, from asking for help and guidance we simply did not receive any good help at all. We had to switch on one our dogs to another clinic as we were turned down for service on Saturday when we called twice asking for help. They stayed numb and not helpful. As much money as we spent at that hospital I think we should be treated way more kind and better. Our whole family is traumatized by the experience and only time will let us heal from this. Very disappointed. The service quality in this country is not the same as used to be 20 years ago. People not as caring and kind as used to be. I feel so victimized and mistreated. Definitely will not receive an apology from stuff but I pray God other people will never go thru such horrible experience like we did. I requested transfer records for a dog they did not treated in emergency visit and they said they sent records but it was not completed, which is very unprofessional. Records should be given at any time requested. I recommend more compassion to this place. It got worse. I had to call back and request anxiety medicine for my dog after surgery they refused, I wanted to talk to the Dr they refused me in such service. I found later injury and bruises on his neck that was not there. They even did not charge me for the surgery which means they r covering up something they did to my dog that is not right. I am highly making the public aware of this place do not trust them so not bring your pets there because you won't get any good help, no answers, no personal treatment but you are just a number.

The owner shouted at the dog to shut up and the kicked the cage. I was shocked and told my wife we are leaving and I told the owner she should be ashamed of herself and I would never let her touch my pets I went outside and was taking a picture of her store front when She chased me io my car and shouted at my wife that if I posted a review on Facebook she would sue us.
