We vetted several places before our trips, and each time our dogs stayed here, they came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. The staff is exceptional, genuinely kind, and attentive, which shows in every interaction. The facility itself is spacious, and we loved that they walk the dogs right at drop off to help them get acclimated and comfortable. During our recent holiday trip, our teenage son checked in on them, and the staff happily texted photos of the pups playing in the snow and having the time of their lives. Grooming was another highlight. Both dogs came home freshly trimmed, brushed, and looking fantastic. The only drawback is not having a live camera system to check in visually while you're away, which would add an extra layer of reassurance, though we fully trust they're in great hands. Overall, it's comforting to know our pets get a luxurious staycation when we're gone, and judging by their happy returns, they're just as spoiled there as they are at home. What can I say? The leash that was included in training is for dogs upto 44 pounds, he is already 44 pounds and still growing, the place is nothing more than a over priced dog sitter and a borderline scam.

I really appreciate that this is a family-owned small business and not a large chain like a number of the other local doggy daycare/boarding facilities. They get to know all of the pups super well. They are really "blossomed" the past year and a half in terms of offering tons of fun theme days where you can get photos of your dog dressed up and participating in activities (bunny ear photos and Easter egg hunt for Easter!) They also post fun updates to social media and have tons of cameras so you can check in on your pup throughout the day if you choose. They have helped me out soooo many times including when I have been running late for the pick-up or reaching out for a late reservation or an add-on service. The ability to be able to have Nora get groomed, nails clipped, and her anal glands expressed all during a regular day at daycare is amazing and so convenient. When we moved just over a year ago, we literally made sure to keep in mind the distance between us and Wag 'n Woofs because bringing her elsewhere was not an option. It's fun to see all the pups play throughout the day. The camera is also how I know my dog likes some workers more than others and when he is (or is not) having a good time. With any doggy daycare sickness tends to travel around and my dog has fallen sick from daycare before. Something to be aware of. Overall a good daycare for your pet.

Becky is incredible! I have a 5 month old Jack Russell terrier. I've read a lot (hours!) about how…read moreto train him. We've attended puppy classes. I took him to the dog park regularly and provided plenty of socialization. There were some issues that I couldn't correct including that he would become rough and easily excited during play. Potty training was the biggest hurdle we encountered. No matter what I did it couldn't get the puppy to consistently go outside to potty. I was apprehensive at the thought of sending my puppy to a stranger for two weeks at first. I was put at ease when I met Becky. It's evident that she truly cares about the dogs she works with. She sent me on average three YouTube videos a day. She did tell me to let her know if that was too many or too much information coming at me at once. She answered my messages in a timely manner and explained things well. I was concerned there was a medical reason behind the difficulty with potty training. Ideally, I should've had him evaluated prior to sending him off to train. Planning isn't always my strength. I felt better about him seeing a vet to rule out any underlying medical problem. It was difficult for me to drive to Becky's to take my puppy to the vet. She offered to meet me in the twin cities but I couldn't make it work because of other things going on at the time. Becky was completely understanding about the entire situation. She took him to a local vet for me. The vet and Becky called me to make sure I was informed about the situation and to go over options. Ruling out any medical problems gave us confirmation that it was a behavior issue. Becky was able to successfully potty train my puppy! That alone made it worth it to send him to be trained! The icing on the proverbial cake was he also came home a well mannered, calmer dog. People have commented how well he listens now. Becky brought my puppy home when training was complete. She even wrote up personalized plans for him and I to do such as obedience commands he's learned, housebreaking plan, and homework to keep up his training. She even wrote up lists for my kiddos that help them learn how to show leadership when interacting with our puppy. I cannot express how thankful I am that he had an opportunity to have my puppy train with Becky. I would highly recommend Becky to anyone that is having issues training their dog or simply wants a better mannered dog. I believe there would be a lot less dogs in shelters if we had more people like Becky!

When he is here he gets a crazy number of steps which means he is active and engaged throughout the day. He isn't just kenneled in a holding space for the day. I want my dog to have a great day when I need him to have a safe place to be. He does that here. We also got a bath today and he smells great and his fur is so soft. Just love Top Dog!
