The trainers were knowledgeable, interested, and gave us some really personalized tips and tricks for how to deal with the most stubborn dog I know! We are planning on continuing with their obedience training in Port Credit - in just 4 weeks of puppy foundations, we really noticed a difference in his behaviour. In addition to training, our dog LOVES daycare here at the Port Credit location. The staff say that he never lies down, and is just in seventh heaven the entire time. He comes home EXHAUSTED every time (full days and half days). I like that the staff is involved with the play time as well - they get in there and really get to know all of the dogs. I also trust that they will keep my dog safe and supervise all activities. They know all of the dogs well, and really understand how to handle all of their personalities. Only slight downsides: No play sessions during the summer! Closed on Sundays (everyone deserves a day off) Price - The price of daycare is pretty much on par with most of the other places in the area (so, not cheap), but I did pay $30 for just a bath.. not sure I'll do that again. They do a really good job with grooming though; actually listened to what we wanted. Sometimes the web cams aren't working, and all I want to do is pretend to be doing work while I watch our guy scamper around! As a Customer, I thought Leslie (the owner) was familiar with all breeds. Clearly, she isn't with ours and the hours of aggressive raking during their baths and knife stripping thereafter broke my dogs' skin and they were in severe discomfort for weeks. After advising the owner and sending pics, she apologized and gave me a bottle of wound wash. She refused to give me a refund despite even having to take my dogs to the vet! The cost for this butcher of a job was $400+ vet bills. As a student, I was verbally abused regularly, it's a culture this establishment promotes at all their locations. I was paying thousands of dollars to walk on egg shells and finally had to walk out to get away from the abuse once and for all. One day prior to the course ending! I simply couldn't take anymore from Leslie. She's a fake, mean, old, sharp tongued lady who is hurtful and fixated on demeaning people, not teaching them. Aside from that, the curriculum was not delivered as outlined! I have to start my schooling from scratch at another school and of course, kiss the money I spent here goodbye. The owner will never admit to being wrong and refund a customer their good money. This place is a scam. I thought Leslie was one of the best in the business and was excited to learn from her. Boy was i wrong! Go to places that are honest in their pricing and services and where your precious pets can be trusted. Not here. I wish someone had told me this before I got involved with this money grab.

Eggie has been our families groomer for about 10 or more years now...Shes an absolute top end…read morestylist and I've resorted to trying other groomers only because she is a little on the expensive side ....Not one groomer can match Eggie's talents...my Wheaton comes out sloppy and choppy so now I only deal with Pampered Paws Port Credit...She doesn't have a bunch of dogs in the salon...my dogs not stuck at the groomers for a day...I drop him off and return 2 to 3 hours later to a perfect cut...grows out beautifully...shes a true professional and been in business in Port Credit for years....

Are you that cheap that you can't provide actual shampoo bottles for your business? I have had the heartbreak of loosing 3 of my pets in the last year. My boxer Zoe last March , my cat PQ a month later , and now my little boy boxer Ramsey who was only 4 years old and was a victim of a hit and run last week. Dr Khalil and the staff was there to help me through a very difficult time and gave me the comfort I needed. Another vet hospital in the area MANGLED the cremation and commemorative paw print of my cat- and I called Credit landing animal hospital to see if they could help me cause they did such a great job and were so compassionate with Zoe. They told me to bring him in right away- my cat was not a patient here but they took him in , and arranged for proper packing in the urn and looked after the re casting of the paw print. They didn't charge me for the service, I'm not sure if that was because I lost my Zoe 4 weeks earlier , but it doesn't matter. They stepped up and made right. I am forever grateful Last week my Ramsey was victim of a hit and run, the only vet closest to where it happened happened to be the same vet who poorly handled my cat. In this instance the other vet was very compassionate and did everything they could to save him, but there was just too much damage. Not wanting to keep him risking the same results and my cat, we arranged for us to pick up Ramsey and take him to Dr Khalil for his final goodbyes and arrange for sending him for cremation. Ramsey was not a patient at this clinic ether. In summary - I'm sure you can see how much this clinic cares, jumps into action and really loves each of their patients and their families and will do anything to help them and you!! He said the emergency was best for IV therapy, which we could not afford. He pretended that he gave him anti-nauseant and anti-inflammatory, and I say pretend, because he left the room with our dog and came in about 30 seconds later, not enough time to administer them. Then he came back and while palpated him, he rubbed his knee so hard his patella came off the joint and couldn't walk after that. Then he did organ soft-tissue manipulation on his balder and kidneys, which at the time I thought were supposed to help. Nope. Later that nite he peed on the floor and lost control of bladder , while not being able to walk. Caring doctor? I am a human nurse, this guy shames the business of caregiving.
