After spending thousands in this store I had an issue with a 60 dollar feeder and instead of addressing the matter they decided to simply ignore me. Buyer beware, if you have issues with any merchandise they won't be of any help an attempt to ignore you until you go away. Head over to Wild Birds Unlimited instead for better customer care.

Just want to give everyone an early warning as to the business practices of this establishment…read more they have a "rewards " program. one that lists after you buy 10 bags of the 50 lb bag of shelled peanuts, you receive the next bag free. now what they don't "advertise " is the next free bag, is a 5 lb bag. to me this is completely dishonest, disingenuous, whatever you may want to call it. I had several emails back and forth, with whom i thought was the owner. his name is Marshall Koffman he never actually told me what his title was. bottom line he tried to give me an economics lesson and kept bringing up cost of seed and other things, and that their system couldn't possibly track what everyone was buying? not of which makes any sense or has anything to do with buying the big bag of peanuts (which they easily tracked on their computer and knew we had bought ten bags, which by the way are $105.95 before tax) so buyer beware we have since not returned and we go to Birds unlimited on Dundas.

On a day that feels like 40°C, MollyWagz and it's beautiful white interior looked really inviting, if I had my little dog with me she would have also welcomed the large bowl of water sitting outside. Walking in, I have to admit I'm mostly thankful for their air conditioning, but also at all the many cat and dog toys and treats they had arranged all over their shelves and large table. I'm not one to spend fancy money on simple dog squeaky toys when our four legged friends are happy to chew on anything, so walking in I expected prices to be ridiculously high, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that a lot of items for decent prices, sure some of the larger soft toys and fancier dog food might have been in the pricier end but they are well stocked here for varying budgets, It also happened to the be the first day they had officially opened their doors to the public, so I was extra happy to check out a new business. Both staff members in here were so friendly and helpful, I imagine one or both of them own/manage the store, it was cool to see them excited for us. I was close to getting their handsfree leashes which looked great for $31 which seemed a lot nicer than what you can pick out from amazon for just a few dollars less. I ended up walking out with some doggy dental eats and dried doggy treats. They seemed to have a photo booth type background, so perhaps you can bring in your pet for some fancy photo shoots? But I didn't get to ask them details about that. To top it all off, they send you packing in a nice paper bag with gift wrapping paper. Truly a special touch :)
