If I could give 0 stars I would! I made an appointment with the groomers for my poodle, the lady told me it would take 3-4 hours for the whole thing. I didn't end up getting my dog until almost 6 hours after calling multiple times checking in to see how much longer. Never even got a call saying he was ready after the 3rd time I called checking on him.. got him back and his nails were SO sharp just one touch and he scratched me so bad it broke skin (not because he's aggressive) took him to another PetSmart so they can fix them. The lady at the other location told me it didn't even look like that did anything with his nails, only cut the tips of maybe 3 of them.. I called the location on ray and the 10 (original place) and told what happened and told me my dog was being aggressive so she didn't cut his nails.. (my dog would never hurt a fly so she must of done something to him to make him act that way) And to top it all off, my dog ended up getting a stomach virus from there location and cost me $300 worth of vet bills! I've never had an issue with other locations except this one. Very upset with this location! read more

Love this store. Mostly because of the staff! Always helpful and patient with my high stung rescue dogs. From the vets, to the techs, to the grooming staff, and the cashiers. I buy all my pet products here as well. Store is always clean and well maintained. Highly recommend! read more

Smaller of their stores but extremely helpful staff! If they they don't have something in stick here, they're very good at letting you know where to find it. They also do fun things like photos with Santa! Very cool. read more

I took by small Sasha for a bath appt, as he was in between the next grooming appt. Something I have been doing at this store for years. This time was a nightmare. When I walked in and asked about how long for his bath, Jaime advised me 2-3 hrs as she was overwhelmed with appts (it was a Friday evening about 5pm). Fifteen minutes after dropping Sasha off, I received a frantic call from Jaime that Sasha was hurt in the kennel. He was biting on the kennel bars and his mouth got stuck. She took him over to Banfield and I need to come get him. Of course, I turned around and went back to the store and straight back to Banfield, only to find out that they put Sasha in a kennel. I asked for him to be brought to me immediately and called my own vet, who said he will keep the office open until I got there (about 545pm). My vet said that Sasha was traumatized, he examined him and gave him a shot to calm him down. To shorten this, Sasha lost a tooth and he has scrape marks on his side that I cannot account for with the story I was told. Sasha has been in kennels all his life, my vet agrees with me, that something had to happen that made Sasha react that way, but no one at Petsmart is talking. As of Banfield, putting Sasha in another kennel without trying to calm him first, just showed how much they did not care about Sasha at all. The response I received from Debra, the Store Manager is ". I am sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with your experience and, as the Store Leader, I apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience we caused when we were not able to complete Sasha's groom and we didn't meet your expectations. " Debra worked very hard not to admit that the grooming salon harmed my Sasha, She did offer a new collar since it was never returned to me on Friday, but I declined the offer. I no longer trust Petsmart with my dog. I have trusted them for years, but lies by omission and not taking responsibility for what happened to Sasha is just too much to overlook. read more

The haircut was bad, lol they literally just shaved his back. My dog went there with no fleas and came back with fleas. Just perfect. On top of that they just shaved him they didn't even wash him and I paid for everything. I had to give him a bath when he got home and I then saw a difference in his coat. Never again. read more

My dog loves the groomer at first smell. He usually runs the other way but wanted to stay and get groomed. Everyone in the store is so nice and caring. Banfield at this location is fabulous too and they do everything to get you in quickly and don't overcharge for services. I visit a lot of Petsmart's this is my new place. The only downfall is it's a small crowded store and no hotel of playroom. read more

We've been taking our two little dogs "Charlie and Nascar Nascie" to see Cherese for their grooming needs for over 3 years (4-6x a year) and she's awesome. She is very much an animal lover and does an awesome job! Since we've been doing business there, Cherie was promoted/moved up to Manager. A move up well deserved! read more

Grooming is good but our last experience was absolutely horrible. I took my dog in at the scheduled time and several hours later after no call to pick him up I called them. The lady on the phone berated me stating that due to my dog being "aggressive"they called a few hours prior to pick him up. I explained I had not received a phone call and it was unusual that my dog who has never been aggressive was now showing aggression. She repeated that they called and someone had answered the phone. I rushed down to pick him up and not surprisingly he was finished with his haircut with a stellar dog report. There was another dog there with the same name who caused the ruckus. They didn't apologize for the rudeness. read more

Never ever again. This is for grooming only. My poor baby granted had some mats but she got crazy bad ravor burn that landed her in the vet. So I paid for grooming, which charged more than normal, paid vet for her meds she needed, and have a very sad dog. I wanted to cry. I get things happen but no mention. And to be so bad for a vet visit and steriods. Never ever again. This isn't their first goof, they always forget anak glands or she's still wet. They always say she was so good so I know it wasn't just a hard to groom dog. Ugh I can go on in anger but won't. I've just read petsmart grooming is known for this. Not good. read more

My little guy Chico loves Gloria in the grooming salon. We were blessed to find her. I had been taking Chico there for a while before PetSmart changed their policy and now says that any animal with a present or past medical condition has to be done as express. My little guy has seizures maybe once or twice a year, so they are required to do him as express. When PetSmart made this policy, I was heartbroken thinking that because of my work schedule and only being able to take my babies on weekends, I would need to find a new groomer even though Brittney and Gloria had always done a fabulous job on him. Gloria graciously agreed to accommodate me if I was able to work with her on a schedule and schedule Chico's appointments in advance. No problem at all. His fur grows fast and he is ready for a haircut every 5 weeks. Since they aren't as busy on Sunday mornings, Gloria agreed to do his express groom at 8:00 on Sunday mornings. It has so far worked out great and I am very grateful to her. Chico on the other hand loves Gloria. When we take him in, he knows Gloria, he's ready for his bath and cut and walks right back with her like he's saying "let's do this". What's even funnier is that when I have arrived a little early, we will sit in the car waiting until 8:00. If Chico is looking out the window and sees Gloria walking in the store to go to work, he gets excited and starts scratching at the door. I have taken him to other groomers in the past where he acted terrified so knowing that my baby boy feels comfortable really warms my heart. They always show both of my babies a lot of love. read more

We arrived for my dogs appointment and my dog did not want to go with the employee. He has been countless times to a groomer and especially this one. The employee did nothing but pull so hard on the petsmart leash that his eyes turned red. I offered many suggestions she quickly dismissed all of them and didn't offer a single one herself other than continue to pull on my dogs throat and be rude to both myself and was mean to my dog. Your employee showed she was uncapable of handling a dog who has been at your grooming service several times with out issues. And that she didn't care that she was hurting my dog. No other employees offered assistance nor redirected her for behavior. I told her several times, you are hurting him and you are making his eyes red from the strain of pulling on the leash. I will not bring any of my pets to this service again nor will I recommend it to anyone (and will do my pest of warning people of this type of behavior by your employees). When I canceled the service she didn't apologize or any acknowledge what I said. read more

Made an appointment to drop off my dog at 7am on my way to work, received a call as I was walking through the door telling me they were canceling my appointment. I explained that we needed to figure out what to do as I did not have time to drive back around the mountain to take my dog home and would be late to work due to their inability to call me with enough of a notice. The manager was not helpful and rather rude with his tone but eventually checked in my dog and I went to work late. The manager called a groomer who agreed to come in early and make some extra money (win win)! Although it was disheartening to be spoken to that early and to see that the customer service he displayed was lacking in all areas. I filed a review of the poor customer service experience, not the ability of the groomer, and never heard anything until yesterday. This experience was over 2 months old but I received a call from the groomer yesterday who stated I would not be able to bring my dog back because she came in early to groom my dog and I left a bad review of the haircut. I thought she had the wrong customer because what she was saying made no sense at all. I asked to speak to a manager due to her lack of ability to listen or be respectful but was told she was a manager and that was that. I have brought my dog to petsmart for over 10 years without any issues so to leave an honest review (good or bad) and to be spoken to in this manner and treated this way is 100% unacceptable. read more

My dad used to take my red Australian Shepard mix to this location. Not anymore. We've had nothing but troubles with them and the staff is rude. Our first bad experience was when they accidentally nicked my dog's leg so badly he had to be rushed to the in store vet to stop the bleeding and get staples. The vet visit was free but they still expected payment for the grooming. I was furious that nothing further was offered so I contacted corporate. The representative gave us a written apology and two free haircuts. My dad seemed appeased by this and decided to continue to take our dog to PetSmart. We noted that our dog was very nervous in the store and started to hate going for his grooming. My dad finally had enough when he took our dog in for his last appointment. We had an automatic appointment meaning every so often he is automatically scheduled to come in. My dad brought our dog in and they told him that they needed updated shot records. When my dad asked why they didn't notify him before he came in they fed him a line about being understaffed and not able to check records. Really? A big corporation like that with automated scheduling can't figure out how to get the system to notify them of outdated records. My dad told them he was not happy about being inconvenienced. In turn they went and took him off their automated scheduling. Great customer service! Shouldn't have bothered giving them a second chance. We will take our dog some place else where we don't have to deal with this crap. read more

We just got our new frenchie. We needed a few things, as soon as we walked in.... we felt the love. I was blown away by the customer service by everyone. But a man named Bill, he was the GOAT. He was so helpful and filled with the greatest information. And not to mention shout out for the coupon book! Saved us a great deal of money. I will def be coming back. Love this place! The manager Debbie is always SO happy to see us and always updates me on any new sales as I'm always sale shopping when I come. My dogs love her. Even the scared one that won't go near anyone! Kaylee, Jacqui, the guys there, almost everyone is soooo nice and eager to help us. It's like a home away from home for my dogs.
