I called and asked price of schnauzer and shih tzu. They gave me a price of clipping nails, anal glands, hair cut and bath. I asked her " is that amount total" she said yes. Husband took them and they only had them down for bath only. Husband said I called and said agree to above. Ok so he left them at noon and they weren't thru till after 5pm. Cost 5 times what I was quoted. They were not taken anywhere to use bathroom whole time they were there. He said schnauzer held long as he could by the time he got to register dog started peeing. And as soon as out the door both started peeing on street. I didnt like their haircuts either. We just moved to the area and I've taken them to groomer every 3 to 4 mths. I was very upset and called pet sense back and got the run around. Manager very rude. I had appts for my other 2 dogs but there was no way I was going to take them to that place. read more

I sent my dog here for a groomings appointment. They took 4 hours to cut his hair and it didn't even look good. He was red and irritated in some areas and his fur was cut unevenly. One of his paw was irritated probably bc they cut it way too deep. There are also scabs on his face from the clipper!!!! I am very unsatisfied with the service. I paid $52! I took my little dog in to pet smart to get groomed today on Monday June 29th. I made this appt a week before and asked how much and I was quoted $45.00. They call and ask me to bring him in much earlier because they had cancellations and were not busy so I did and she gives me the paper to sign and it says $53.00 so I asked her why the difference and she looks at it and says because we charge a additional fee of $5.00 when it's within 5 days of a holiday. Well first of all that is 6 days from today not 5 and what is that all about and why don't they tell you. So I come home and call customer service and she says that's there policy to charge $5.00 5 days before any holiday because they are busy, mind you they called me to bring him in earlier because they weren't busy. I told her I felt that was very deceitful because they don't tell you that before hand and with all that's going on in this world with COVID and riots I would have never of expected to get screwed by them as a loyal customer and I'm sure if they told there customers we are adding more to your bill just because we can they would loose business and they certainly just lost mine and she didn't care!! People wake up and stop this kind of abuse! Go to local groomers!! Let's see how fast they take that $5.00 extra charge for nothing off!! Went into Russellville petsmart yesterday for fish, I waited for 15 minutes while 3 employees stood up front talking I finally went and got one ,she acted pissy. I'm guessing she was mad that she had to do something. So I went back today and waited 20 minutes and again nobody bothered to offer help. This happens just about every time I go there. This makes the 2nd time I have made and apt for my dog to be groomed to get there and "Oh I am sorry he doesn't have an apt?" WHAT!!! I book the apt last week spoke with a guy and even noticed I needed to bring in new Rabies certificate and book me for 5pm June 3rd. The young lady Meggie was very nice and sincere but the other girl there acted as if I was a bother to her to walk through the door. I bought a Pet Safe Automatic Litter Box and it stopped working within the first few months. I called and not only was the person rude, they wouldn't allow me to trade for one that works. I didn't have my receipt and even if I did and it was over the 60 days by even one day, I couldn't exchange it. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this store and I won't ever again. read more

They have come a long ways since she has become manager!! I highly recommend bringing your fur babies here. read more

The store itself is fine, but these 5 stars go to the groomer, Sam, who trimmed my dachshunds nails a couple weeks ago. He was so sweet to her. She's 13 years old and partially blind. Hew was so gentle and patient ....good job Sam! read more
