The staff was very friendly, and the waiting room is very spacious allowing you distance from other pets. As mentioned the waiting rooms are a little more cramped enough for one large dog and one person. Waiting time to see the vet was very short though which was nice, and the staff was very friendly. They also do boarding for pets. We haven't used the pet boarding service yet, but I think they only take them out twice a day, and depending if it's a holiday you might not be able to drop off or pick up your pet.

She just looked away and kept responding to me in a ugly way. Therefor I called other vets and this one was the ONLY one able to see my dog. Aside from the vet doing surgeries ; she agreed to seeing my dog on the quickness and told me if I would have waited longer my dog would have had a life risk considering how bad his eye was he could have gone blind. We received our Cavapoo pup "Rosie" at 9.5 weeks old and she is perfect! Rosie is in perfect health and is the smartest dog I've ever met! She is successfully learning to pee on the pad, slept in the crate without wetting herself from day 1, and had already mastered the "sit" command on her first day at home with us! Rosie is so sweet and cuddly and we love her so much! We put a deposit down one year ago with Petit Jean Puppies and had to decline our turn several times until we were fully ready. Gina was always patient with us and professional. They were patient with us until we were ready and wonderful about the transaction and transition which were seamless. They have excellent communication and very professional. We also used the dog nanny they recommended to fly her to us and had a wonderful experience with them as well.
