**Warning to Pet Owners - Please Read Before Choosing This Facility** I deeply regret trusting this dog daycare with the safety and well-being of my 9-month-old goldendoodle puppy. What was supposed to be a safe and social environment turned into a traumatic experience that has left lasting physical and emotional scars on my dog. During his visit, my puppy was **attacked by a 2-year-old mixed breed dog**. The daycare clearly failed in several critical areas: * **Lack of proper behavioral assessment** of the dogs they accept * **Insufficient staffing** on the floor to supervise interactions * **Inattentiveness** of staff during the incident As a result, my puppy sustained **serious injuries** -- a torn eyelid and a puncture wound on the side of his face. He required **surgery**, wore a cone for nearly **three weeks**, and had to undergo multiple vet visits for follow-up care and complications. The emotional toll was just as devastating: he became fearful in public, developed digestion issues due to stress, and, even weeks later, his eyelid has **not healed properly**. The daycare only agreed to cover the surgery costs and **refused to pay for other necessary treatments** -- including prescribed medications and additional vet visits. There is absolutely no way that my dogs came back with a rash/yeast infection in their paws! I called them to let them know and said "they never licked their paws since being there" but my dogs are well taken care of so im truly disappointed. Whether they didn't clean well or did not let their paws dry up (one of my dogs came back with 4 paws wet) and when i called they did not wanna tell me details. read more

Friendly people taking care of our 2 boys. Great facility. We keep them in one area to let them play as they want and it works out great.

They were boarded Friday- till Monday morning. There is a full days worth of food for each dog left. There should only be 3 bags of food left as I wasn't sure if I would be late picking them up. I took those 3 bags out and this is what we are left with. I get that their stomachs may have been upset but really each dog with a full day worth of food??? Too top it all off, my husband noticed a mark on my youngest dog and come to find out there are puncture wounds on her head. I called the office but of course everyone was in a meeting and I never got a call back. The last couple of times we have had bad experiences with staff at the desk but our pups loved it here. This is the last straw and we are done. read more

I booked an appointment a week in advance for my two dogs. PetSuites said they needed the shot records. I emailed the records and got a response that PetSuites was "Currently experiencing technical difficulties with their email." PetSuites asked to please forward all communications through texting. I texted the dog's shot records to them. On the day to take the dogs in, I received a text that PetSuites needed K-9 flu shot records for the dogs. Doesn't state on the website that flu shots are needed. They waited until the day of the appointment to let me know that the dogs must have updated flu shots. Communication is not one of their strengths evidently. read more

They were wonderful when we first signed up. Then the employees started leaving. We found out they got new owners. Within two months, none of the "original" employees were left, just kids that were only there for a paycheck. Our dog wasn't so excited to go anymore. He was also getting more aggressive for some reason. We are now using different day care. read more

Shout out to Alliance Petsuites! My doggie Legend has been going there for a while now and absolutely loves playing with his doggie friends. They have special activities throughout the year that your dog can participate in if you'd like. Legend loves those special events. Today he injured his nail by being over zealous in his play. Right away they got him and took care of his injury. Called me to let me know what happened. Let him rest then when he felt better went back into group play. Thank you Marie and the entire staff! Terrible reliability!! I have use this location for boarding service in the past and have profile for our pet in their system. This time, like previously done we made a reservation by text, and we're all set. I go there for drop off, and this young lady at the counter says the reservation doesn't show on their system. I told her about the text and even showed it to her, she says her Co-worker must have NOT added it to the system, and goes on to take another customer while I am still trying to talk to her. When she comes back, I ask her ever so politely if she is going to try to resolve my situation, to which she is very dismissive. The she calls someone from her cell phone and starts describing me as SOMEONE WHO DOESNT HAVE A RESERVATION AND WHO IS HOLDING HER REGISTER AND WOULDNT LET HER WORK. I am furious inside but I still talk to her politely, but the good for nothing people don't try to help me or even show a single sign of guilt/apology. I would not go back here as the reservations cannot be trusted. Only I know how I managed my trip scrambling around starting 4PM on a Friday. Hope the little girl grows up. read more

Just picked up my PUP after a 5-6 day stay at PetSuites. After pick up we noticed he was covered in dried old poop on his chest and neck. He is a goldendoodle so his hair is extremely curly. I'm not sure how long he has been like this or if this is his poop or another dog's poop. I'm not sure what kind of living conditions these dogs are staying in or if they are even being cared for. I KNOW for a fact that I didn't bring my dog to this place with dried poop all over him. This is now the 3rd time he has come back with matted dried pop all over him. This is EXTREMELY unacceptable and the girls at the front seemed like it occurs all the time. Never taking my pets here every again. Wife went into labor earlier than expected so we need a last second place to drop off at least our cat. I found this place and noticed that their phone number on Apple Maps was different than the number on their website. I called both numbers 6 times each, just to get some more info. Nobody answered a single time. 12 phone calls. Not one answer. So I just ended up trying to make a reservation anyways. Boy was I surprised when they immediately sent me a non automated message approving my request for a pet drop off, meaning someone definitely could have answered the phone. Now comes the horror of the website. Different pages on the website advertise different room sizes/types for cats. It also lists different prices for different packages. What it doesn't do is specify if these packages/prices are universal for all locations or only for specific locations. I ended up finding out there was only 1 type of room for cats at this location. It was $25 per night. I then was forced to pay for "play time" but for some reason I was only able to click the more expensive option. The cheaper option was not able to be selected and I could not continue with my reservation if I didn't select either one and wanted to opt out. So I was basically forced to pay $50 per night, not $25. Oh and also don't forget the $25 deposit I had to put down in order to make this reservation in the first place. Now to the actual stay. I have specific instructions for my cat. For feeding, she has her wet and dry food separate and eats as she pleases. She will NOT eat them any other way. I provided 4 sealed cups of at food and 3 cup sized scoops of dry food. They ignored my instructions and mixed the wet and dry food together. She did not eat a single bite. So my cat basically starved for 3 days. 10 hours after pickup and she's still eating and drinking water non stop. Oh and they also didn't even give back the leftover food!! Lastly, the physical condition of my poor cat. I gave them a little fabric tunnel/hut my cat likes to hide in. It's her comfort space. I also included her 2 favorite blankets. When I arrived to pick her up, both blankets were out of her hut. She was hiding in the back of the hut in the cage. Both blankets, the hut, and my cat reeked of cat pee. The smell was beyond tolerable. They had attempted to wash one blanket, but it still smelled like pee. She was also terrified. Her collar wasn't on her and she immediately came out of her hut to hide under my jacket. They didn't even notice that her collar was not on her until I brought it up and they said "oh yeah it's probably somewhere over here" and proceeded to grab it out of a completely random bin. I paid $127 in total for 2 days/nights for my cat and her belongings to be covered in pee and essentially have her starved and then not have her food returned. Would not EVER recommend. 10/30/22 EDIT: Manager called me today. Gave me the same lame excuse/apology on every other negative review here. "I've talked to my staff" "this isn't okay and is not acceptable" "I'm so sorry" "this is not the quality we stand for" So show it. Actually change. Stop repeating the same cycle. We sent our Min Pin to day care here and thought it was decent, so decided to try boarding. We are new to the area and are looking for a place. We did the silver package for 4 nights. We were a little concerned that they didn't follow the feeding instructions we left, which would make me nervous about dogs with medications. When we went to pick up our dog the lady at the front desk kinda came off as impatient and rude. I think the people in front had some issues and she was just trying to get everyone out of there. The most upsetting part however, was that when our dog came out she had a glazed over/scared look, and dried up poop caked all over her tail and butt. (Who knows how long that was there and it was ALOT). We also realized we didn't get back the blankets we sent her with. I'm guessing they also had poop on them or they were never with her. That's not normal behavior for her btw. When we've boarded at other places, we usually get reports that show us that the staff cares about the pets. The only report we got was that she was "sweet" and "she must have known you were here because she ran out as soon as possible". Didn't seem like they spent that much time with her. I called and booked an appointment on Oct 5th. It was scheduled for Oct 9th at 9:30. It was for cut and bath and nail trim. I dropped off my pup and the front desk girl and she had me sign a pink paper with everything I wanted for the appointment. About 15 minutes after I left, I received a text message saying there was no groomer available and he was only able to get a bath. When I turned around to pick him up, I asked the guy at the front for a manager. He said the manager was not available. I asked why I was not notified prior to me dropping my pup off. He said he was not sure. I asked the girl who checked me in why she did not tell me she did not have a groomer available when I walked in at the beginning. Her response was because she did not know much and she was new. I told the girl, this location had 4 days to notify me and nobody emailed, text, or called me. Neither one of them bothered to call other locations to see if they had a groomer available. They did not even bother to rebook me when a groomer was available. I had to get my pup groomed someone else with a higher price due to it being last minute. Not only was my time wasted. The company time was wasted. This is sad and poor customer service. read more

The care they give seems good and they seem to really care about your pet. But on multiple occasions we have shown up to drop off our dog and they tell us he is behind on his shots. If they have that information when we check-in, why don't they notify us before we drive out there to drop him off? It's very annoying and a big time waster. read more

I'm so angry!! I picked up my small poodle after a week of boarding, and when the attendants gave him to me his entire butt was covered in walnut sized clumps of dry poop that was matted into his fur! After I asked for help to clean him, a female attendant at the front handed me wipes to clean up the mess, and I had to have one of the attendants hold him so I could pull the poo off his fur. When I finally got the clumps off, his "butt" was swollen and red. I was upset and politely asked for a manager and the attendant told me that the manager had just left. The other attendant seemed annoyed that I was upset. The "manager on duty" told me there was nothing they could do. (A bath, rinse him off, help me clean him, apologize?There is always something you can do). When I was walking out, one of the girls said, "have a nice day." They treated me like it wasn't a big deal. I don't how long my dog was covered in his own poop while it dried and got matted into his fur. read more

I have previously boarded my two dogs here so when I rescued my new dog I brought him here for puppy day care. When I signed him up I advised them that he was special needs and had seizures but had not had a seizure in over a year and asked if that would be a problem. They told me it would not be a problem as long as he passed the assessment. I took him in he passed and everything was great - or so I thought. I get a text on day 3 of day care and they say he was acting odd so they pulled him out of group and put him in a kennel. No big deal - it was the first warm day and he has a ton of energy so he likely was just overheated. Then when I take him back two days later I get a text an hour later saying that he is barking too much. He is a dog. He barks. He wears a stim collar when in the crate because if he barks for multiple minutes straight it could cause a seizure because he gets worked up. I told them all this when I signed him up. None of it was an issue and now all of the sudden, on day 5 of him being there he cannot come back because he barks too much outside. They refused to leave the stim collar on him even when he was on outside. And when they did put it back on him in the crate they put it on incorrectly so it was not even achieving its purpose. I specifically asked before signing him up if his epilepsy or stim collar would be an issue and was told no - then I sign up for the month package to be told 5 days later that he cannot come back because he is barking too much. It is simply insane to me that when advised of his medical conditions at the outset you would say it's not a problem, especially when they are under control, and then a week later when no incident has occurred say he cannot come back because he barks too much and you want a vet on staff to watch him in case something happens. You have the same issue with dogs playing with each other and potential for other issues as the same as my dog having a seizure. read more

If I could give a zero I would! I was quoted via phone a week prior to scheduling an appointment $40 for bath and $17 for deshed. She is a 40lb Golden Retriever puppy. After calling around to 10 other places, PetSuites was the cheapest. I book an online appointment but I never got a confirmation email so I called for 2 days in a row to confirm and no one answered. I even left a voicemail and no-one called back. Finally the evening before her appointment someone answered and confirmed. When I dropped her off in the morning the lady assumed I was someone else and once she found mine she was not very welcoming. I got no greeting when I walked in. I work at a pet hospital, you need to be welcoming to people that are dropping off their fur babies for the day and make them feel like their dogs will be okay. The receptionist was training someone, I give her that but she could have been a lot better. Once she puts the name tag on, she grabs the leash and takes her back. Nothing else. I get a text saying my dog is done and the invoice stated $35 for the bath and $22 for deshed. Totaling around $54 or so. Then I get there to pick my dog up and they stated the bill was almost $80. After questioning it they took off the deshed and I paid for a $50 bath. I offered to show her my quote and then my online invoice from them and she didn't care to see it nor honor it. I didn't care to argue any longer and just wanted my dog. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! And it really sucks for them as I work in the pet industry and will make sure people do not use them. read more

Foxy stayed with them for 4 days. I thought they would send me daily updates with pictures but only did once after a request. Foxy is 12 years old and a bit of anxious pup, i was happy to hear that there were no issues during her stay. However, when i picked her up and got back to our home she seemed not normal. She was painful on her back and hips. I had to take her to the vet and was given pain meds and anti-inflamatories. She must has played too hard and hurt her back, but it seems no one noticed her pain. Leads me to believe they didnt pay close attention or didnt care to mention anything. Will not board Foxy here again. read more
