I cannot say enough wonderful things about PetSuites and the care they provided for my dogs, Sadie and Cooper. Sadie is 12 1/2 years old and requires extra attention, including two prescribed eye medications. Cooper is a large Lab/ Newfie mix weighing over 100 pounds. Because of their different needs, we reserved one of the townhouse suites and arranged individual playtime for them. Anna checked us in and patiently reviewed the detailed instructions I provided regarding Sadie's two prescribed eye medications, feeding schedule, and overall care. She immediately gave me confidence that my babies were in good hands. I especially want to recognize Tiffany, the Manager at PetSuites. Her compassion, professionalism, and leadership transformed one of the most stressful moments of my vacation into one where I genuinely felt heard, supported, and valued as a customer. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into an extremely stressful trip, delayed luggage, travel complications, and unexpected financial issues that left me overwhelmed by the time I needed to arrange pickup. When I spoke with Tiffany, she could hear how emotional I was. She listened without judgment, stayed compassionate and professional, and worked with me to solve the problem. She didn't just resolve an issue, she demonstrated what exceptional leadership and customer service look like. Tiffany represented PetSuites with empathy, integrity, and genuine care, and that made all the difference. Anyone can provide good service when everything goes perfectly. True customer service shows up when a customer is worried, emotional, or dealing with the unexpected, and Tiffany showed patience, accountability, and genuine care from start to finish. That says a lot about her character and about how this location is run. I also want to recognize Brandy and the rest of the staff. They were attentive and professional throughout. The Paw Reports showed Sadie and Cooper getting their scheduled playtime, and when we picked them up, they were healthy, happy, and clearly excited to see us, just anxious to get back home with their family. Even though I was over 2,000 miles away, the communication and updates helped reassure me that Sadie and Cooper were receiving the love and attention they deserved. This was our second time boarding with PetSuites, and this stay confirmed why we keep coming back. I take great pride in how my dogs are cared for, and I don't trust them to just anyone. PetSuites gave them a true home away from home. Thank you, Tiffany, for leading such an outstanding team, and thank you to Anna, Brandy, and everyone at PetSuites for treating Sadie and Cooper as if they were your own. Your compassion, professionalism, and genuine love for animals gave me peace of mind during one of the most stressful vacations I've ever experienced. This company is terrible. Booked and appointment and added that I needed a bath for the dog. stayed there 3 days for boarding while I was away. took 2 days to get a emailed update. No cameras so you really can't see if your pet is being taken care of. Signed a waiver cause of a flu shot he didn't have. during pick up that was supposed to be at 9 am turned to 2 Pam because the dog had never been groomed. They tried to charge me for their wrongdoing. Gets better! the charge for a wash on website is totally different. $35 added. $65 charged. Dont forget they were 6 hours late. Today April 26th, called to board the dog for 4 hours today. this was my second time to use them. trying to give another shot. called and they said my dog didn't have his flu shot. I said, I signed a waiver last time. lady on the phone said our company policy is that you have to have that and I cannot sign another waiver. What the world! I am human and don't get a flu shot.. now a dog has to have one to be taken care of. I have been raising dogs my whole life and never once had a flu shot given and they have all lived long lives. company is a joke and I would avoid at all cost. Lucky Resort is way better! read more

pet suites is unprofessional. I took my dog for grooming service. Just a bath, deshedding, paw pad trim. That's it. I witnessed her write it down and take the sheet with her when she took my dog back to the groomer station. when I come to pick up my dog she looks just as dirty as I dropped her off, her paw pads are not trimmed, and I honestly don't believe the deshedding was performed. I have a husky. I understand that they shed so I gave a little lenience with my problem about the deshedding. I was charged $97 essentially for a bath and deshedding. When on their website it states that the bath is $30 plus whatever other fees you wanna add on. I did not add any special treatment. when I called to express my concerns and call them out on their pricing, she told me that the deshedding treatment was included in the price then 10 minutes later she told me that it wasn't. She told me that the baseline for a bath for a husky is $73 and if they're rowdy or obnoxious, the price goes up. Which makes absolutely no sense to me and my husky is probably the quietest husky on this planet. So I just find that hard to believe and I felt that a lot of excuses were being made and they overcharge. Because this is not the first time it's happened it's actually the third. I will not be returning to pet suites and if you have a husky, I don't recommend it. read more

Pet Suites Greensboro is a wonderful place to board or book day play for dogs. The staff is super attentive and very friendly. They have a genuine interest and love for the dogs that come there. My boy Russell is deaf, so we wanted to make sure he got great socialization skills with both people and other dogs. He has been going to Pet Suites a couple times a week since he was 4 months old and is now 11 months old. He is perfectly socialized with dogs and humans alike and his tail is wagging when we pull in the parking lot. He has a lot of energy so picking up a tired boy at 5pm is such a pleasure! Took my dog a handful of times for daycare. The staff was friendly and nice. One day my dogs anal glad ruptured while in their care and nobody noticed or called. My dog was bleeding when i picked her up and in a lot of pain. They did refund me for my stay, but it concerns me that nobody noticed anything was wrong with my dog even though she was bleeding to the point it was dripping from her. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR DOG HERE FOR GROOMING! I took my male and female Great Pyrenees to be groomed today. The groomer, McKenzie, does not understand that Great Pyrenees dogs have double coats that they blow every summer. I asked THREE times if they knew how to groom a Great Pyrenees and was assured they did. She asked if she could shave their butts due to matting. I agreed because I thought she meant leaving 2-3 inches of hair. She saved them almost completely bald. They look AWFUL and on top of that Pyrenees skin will burn in the sun. There was never an apology and she laughed when she called the third time to ask if she could shave my dog completely bald due to matting (aka their undercoat). I am livid!!! **DISCLAIMER** IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS FACILITY....OUR DOG WAS INJURED!! We tried Pet Suites because our normal kennel was fully booked. What looked like a nice, clean, safe place for our dog to stay, turned out to be a stressful, chaotic and painful experience. When we brought him in they explained there would be an evaluation to see his play style and speed and we would receive a phone call. That phone call never came, and when we continued to reached out while on our trip we were meet with responses like "he's still being evaluated" "We will let you know" and "Im going to write down to call you in the morning". At no point we we able to get info on our dog and what kind of care he was receiving. When we arrived to pick our dog up, we first noticed his medication had been taken out of the container and put in a large bag for some reason not given to us. Then when we arrived home we noticed a large gash on the side of his body with missing fur. When we called to find out what happened, no one could tell us why he came home injured. We took pictures and went back to the facility to show them. The Manager, Emily, was extremely rude, very dismissive and totally unconcerned by the injury, which was and is very worrying as she is in charge of caring for the animals as well as the people she employs to look after and care for peoples pets. Their groomer, McKenzie, was not available to talk but we asked if she saw it when she bathed him. Again the manager was totally unconcerned and could not provide any information to us about what had happened to our pup while in their care. She then refused to provide their regional managers phone number or the corporate office number. We left with no answers, all excuses. Our dogs stay with Pet Suites was a horrible experience for him and us. They are completely unprofessional, unequipped, incompetent, and should not be taking care of peoples pets. We will never make the mistake of not booking far out and using our regular kennel again. If you love your pets look somewhere other the Pet Suites to board, you'll be glad when your pet comes home uninjured and happy. read more

Loved the first time we went, but the last time they didn't follow through with my requests. I also tried to contact them for three days trying to get my dogs into doggie daycare and no one ever contacted me back. I called and left three messages and booked it online.
