What a disappointment this place has become!! You can never get anyone to answer the phone here! They are always too "Busy". Then making appointments for grooming or bathes or anything is always a struggle. Then like today when you do get an appointment for your baby to be groomed and pampered... at 9 on a Sunday... you show up and they say that the groomer is not going to be here. Oh but supposedly they sent emails or texts last Thursday to get the apts rescheduled... NOT!! We have nothing... and this is not the first time this has happened! This location could be so great, But the true customer service is CRUD! If you have to reschedule... you need to call the people who you have the appointments with! Make sure they know... and most of all figure out how to answer your phones!! i cannot stress this enough; we LOVE petsuites roswell! my husband and i had something come up last minute and we needed our puppy and two cats taken care of for the day. the staff made sure to help us set up our reservation and gave us a very thorough tour. benji had a blast at puppy preschool and even made some friends! the cats, well... they're cats and were grumpy that mom and dad left for the day. the preschool program is an absolutely amazing way to make sure your puppy is socialized properly with other puppies their size and age! we will definitely be will be returning! read more

This is the place that we have used to take our Mastiff to stay while away. If our Mastiff had an issue they would call and let me know, but not this time ! We have a almost 2 year old Boykin Spaniel that we recently left there and when I picked him up he was yelping when I got him in the car to take him back to work with me since my work is close by. When I picked him up to love on him I could feel his ribs with absolutely no meat on them. I gave him his dog food and water which he went through 3 cups of dog food and drank water as if he had not drank in days. What makes me upset is the fact that they did not even bother to call to say " Hey what can we do to get Diesel to eat his dog food or drink water?" ; or is there someone who could pick him up because he is not eating or drinking? I would have had my daughter go get him immediately . I am hesitant on leaving him here anymore! They also in my opinion need cameras so you can see what is going on at all times if you feel the need. I did speak to one of the managers to find out if he ate while there and was given water. I was told he ate more at night than during the day and not that much. If I was the manager of PetSuites and knew a dog was not eating after the first night I would have picked up the phone and notified the owners. My Dog will not be returning here. They can do much better knowing that all animals are under some sort of stress to begin with when they stay away from home and without their owners. read more

I can't say my kitties love it here - they only want to be at home. However, they are too mischievous to be left unattended for very long. They are well cared for here. They eat and play and I can always get an update from the personnel about their status when I call to check on them. I feel that they are in a safe place when I must leave them and that is my number one priority. It IS difficult to get a live person when you call. But since I know my babies are in good hands, I let that slide. I just call back until I get someone. read more

Giant NOPE. we used to love taking our dog here and he seemed to really enjoy his visits until this last trip. after clearly communicating at checkin our dog's discomfort around other dogs and request to not have him around other dogs, we got a phone call one day into our trip when PetSuites allowed another dog during walk time to get off its leash and attack our dog. the attack was severe enough that surgery was required. While PetSuites did cover the logistics and expense of his hospital stay, upon pickup, the front desk girl didn't offer any sort of apology for our poor dog's traumatic ordeal and proceeded to charge us for the full $300 cost of his stay as if nothing happened. Oh, and to make it even worse, he caught kennel cough while he was there, resulting in an additional $100 vet visit. Our fur baby is now afraid of pretty much every dog, on 4 different meds, wearing a giant cone, and coughing constantly. Needless to say we'll be looking for alternative boarding arrangements in the future. read more

We moved here from out of state and we have tried a couple of doggie daycare spots. This place has been a godsend. My dog absolutely loves it here. I am a fan of their hours because my husband and I can go on a hike or explore Atlanta on the weekends without boarding our dog. She cones home happy and exhausted. It's a win-win! read more

My granddog loves it here! He comes for doggie daycare 3x's a week and we boarded him for 4 days this past weekend. Blue is always excited to go in and see his buddies. They have all kinds of fun activities and lots of room for them to play all day long. Prices are pretty reasonable and it's conveniently located on Mansell. They offer different boarding packages and we opted for the Doggie Townhome, which included a flat screen TV that streamed animal planet. LOL! The only negative is that it takes an extremely long time to check in/out and the front office staff can never seem to operate the computers correctly. Almost each time my daughter has to wait while they sort out billing and credit card charges. Blue is a happy dog when he comes and leaves. It's just a pain dealing with the front office. read more

I really want to like this place because it is so close to home. Unfortunately, it was the worst experience ever!!!! My husband dropped my miniature schnauzer off to get a spa day which included a standard SCHNAUZER cut and nails trim. When the groomer brought her out, she looked nothing like a mini schnauzer. The work was negligent and incomplete. The dog's nails were SHARP and JAGGED and her coat were too closely shaved and uneven throughout her body including her beard, legs, neck and skirt. Additionally, the ears were cut too close which caused redness. The manager did not charge us after seeing the work that was done and for that, I'm giving PetSuites a 2 star instead of 1. We don't have any experience with the boarding but if you're looking to get your pet groomed, it would be a safe bet to take them elsewhere. read more

I worked here for some time and I just wanted to say this is the best job I have ever had. It really showed me what I wanted out of a workplace. Great management that always had their doors wide open to listen to us and co-workers that make coming into work a breeze. Highly unprofessional place to leave your precious ones! We dropped our puppy Coco (Yorkshire terrier) on time at 9 in the morning for a grooming session and was confirmed that he would be done by 1 in the noon. We kept trying to reach out to them on their front desk to know the status but unfortunately there was no response. However to our utter most shock, he was not attended even after been there for almost 4 hours i.e. until 1pm when we reached to pick him up. The staff adopted an argumentative approach to explain the delay and apologized only after we stayed put to our point. We were asked to wait for another 45 minutes for our dog to get ready. The thing is they have just one groomer available on the weekends (no idea about weekdays) whereas take appointments in bulk. So it runs on a batch production in a factory :) This is just on how they manage their routine administration. The groomer Danielle did a very half-hearted and shoddy job on our dog. All his mattings were very much there. His nails were not done properly. The haircut around his face was not neat at all. You can tell that it's a last minute job done in a rush (as we were literally standing there to pick him up) which is ironic considering our pet was there for 5 hours. Moreover, he was not walked even once for all the prolonged 5 hours he was there. All the dog parents would know that it is such a strenuous condition for a small puppy. He was not fed any water. He was simply put in exile. We anticipate that if we had not gone over there on the given time; they would have kept our dog in such a miserable condition for as long as they would need without any commitment to meet their timelines. I have brought my 3yr mountain cur for the past three days. He loves it here and its very over the top. Everything you need to spoil your baby. I however did not like that I was not told about using spray bottles on the animals. I felt like that should have been brought up on day one. I wouldnt like to be sprayed in the face so dont do it to my dog. I held back my anger and expressed that they better not spray him. There are other options to getting his attention and they said okay. I also dont like that they feed the dogs once a day at 4. Finally my dog is not tired! Every other daycare he comes home and sleeps. Not here, he is up ready to play all night. I am going to keep trying this place a couple of more days but if he doesnt sleep then he will go back go Unleases daycare. I only tried this place because I work down the street. read more

We have boarded our two dogs here a number of times and they love coming here. But last month was our wedding. The plan was that we were going to board our dogs, we hired a pet company to pick them up with their little wedding outfits and new leashes then take them to the venue and back to the boarding after the photos. We called Petsuites to explain the plan, they wrote notes on their computer, my husband typed the plan and handed them a hard copy, and we discussed it when we got there. The wedding day came and our dogs came with NOTHING that we gave Petsuites. They claimed that we did not give them anything. I know its trivial but one of our dogs is getting older and some health issues so having our dogs at our wedding was the most important thing. The next day when we went to pick up our dogs, we told them about their HUGE mistake. Come to find out they had the items, the lady saw the notes on the computer and their wedding outfits were on top of their cages. Needless to say, we got a full refund but it still is upsetting that we can't get those wedding photos now because of this unacceptable mistake! read more

I've only ever boarded at places that charge by the night and for a stay of less than 24 hours it was $80 for our 12 lb dog who was not groomed as they had agreed to do. The staff was unapologetic and completely dismissive when I asked if perhaps in light of the lack of grooming and my confusion over their policy I might not be charged $35 for the 2 hours past noon that she was there. They are all lovely and I do not doubt that they have my baby's safety and happiness are their first priority. Hudson has stayed at both the Roswell and Norcross location and both are stellar! Our first time using this venue for boarding our 2 year old boxer. We headed out for a 3 week vacation and wanted to spoil her with this awesome looking place. 1 week into our vacation across the country, we get a call she has developed kennel cough. Ok things like this happen wasn't to worried as she has had all her vaccines. She had to be quarantined while not well... that basically was the whole rest of her stay! This location is very convenient for people working in the Roswell/Alpharetta area. My corgis love going. (This is based on their excitement when I pull into the parking lot.) I never see the same people working. Customer service is very iffy - some days are great while other days are poor. Making appointments over the phone is by far the worse. The telephone manner is awful. The prices are a tad expensive given that you cannot view your dogs online throughout the day or book appointments online. Plus, if you bring two dogs there's no discount unless they are both in the same program for the day. I continue to go because my dogs enjoy it. read more
