The Ford service was simply abysmal, poor attitudes, no loaner car, etc. My experience with everyone at Shepherd Automotive was excellent, from the friendliness of the staff to the quality of the repair. I like that they send you pictures of any problems they find along with ratings of importance. My main issue was a water pump leak and I have had zero problems since.
