Needed to have some tires mounted, and couldn't find a big name chain store who would do it since they didn't sell the tires too. Went by Petty's and thankfully he was able to get me taken care of. The setup they have going on is very confusing, one side of buildings is tires only and the other side is the service center. This is clearly marked on the sign, but what is confusing is that nobody is ever present in the tire area. If you are a first time customer you won't know that you need to actually walk in and go to the back to find their office which I think they also live in. After your first trip, you'll know next time, but it's kinda rinkadink to be polite. While his prices are very fair, he did scratch the hell out of my wheels. The mounting machine they use is old and their technique is not very smooth. I think because of his age and loss of strength, he uses an old metal pry bar to help break the old tire from the wheel and it just scuffed my wheels to hell because he kept slipping and didn't do it correctly. I didn't gripe because I was selling the car anyway, but I'm sure not going to take a nice set of wheels here. All in all if you are in a pinch, or just have some trailer wheels/tires or something, this is a decent place to go. The gentleman who runs the show is very nice, but also very old and while that's nothing against him, his struggles caused some damage and cost some time because he initially forgot to reinsert a tpms sensor on one, and screw in the center of the stem on another. read more

If you needed my tire repaired or for that matter a set of new tires you will be hard pressed to fine anyone any better.Mr Petty repair my tire the right way by that I mean a patch inside the tire not a plug like so many other places do and he does at a fair price concidering there is more work involved doing it right !
