Very thorough and reasonable TREATS VETERANS WITH A SENSE OF FAMILY CARE! I budgeted $750.00 for a full break repair, told him I could not spend more than that,,, what did he do?? Sir, two things, YOU DON'T NEED A BREAKJOB, you just need to rinse off the dirt from the breaks, second, thank you for your service! I have had now all three of my cars and now my inlaws (travel 40 miles to go there) because they are, honest, trustworthy and care. This has been our go to place for quick and easy oil changes until our last visit... Went to get a routine oil change and they asked us to wait in the office (never had to do this before)... after we left our check engine light came on and started having transmission problems, immediately went back and they acted like everything was fine and that they didn't do anything wrong. When I got home, I checked the levels of my transmission fluid and it was bone dry... It's unfortunate that such an experience can completely change your opinion on a place. read more

I have had my wife's car and my truck oil changes here for the past year. Just took her car for a service at another location and appears that the oil filter has not been changed for the last several rotations. Looked at my truck, appears that filter was not changed either? Would not recommend this establishment. read more

December 1st, 2016! Senior Couple and husband disabled Marine Corps Veteran took their 2002 Buick to Waterloo Quick Lube/Waterloo Auto Service. Long time customers of Tony Whitson the Manager. Thought he was a friend. After oil changes, we did not check the oil stick because of faith in Mr. Whitson. But this day, I drove the car to therapy after the oil change. By the time I got to therapy, I noticed the car was dangerously not accelerating properly! I could not get out of the way of moving interstate traffic. I checked the oil level after therapy and the oil stick showed over filled by double. It was too late to go back that day. The next day I took the vehicle back and the owner/partner manager, Mr. Whitson walked away from me. The man who serviced my car, came out and I told him that the stick was showing over filled by 100%. He said he noticed that the day before because they spent quite a bit of time draining it. They did not tell me that it would not drain completely. They added the full 4.5 quarts and gave me the car, knowing it was over the limit on the stick. They put me on the road with "reckless endangerment! I could have been killed. They denied any liability and have never apologized or made any attempt to help an older couple with limited income and a disable Veteran! read more
