The fellas at Woods are fast, reliable, and honest. They do great work and are upfront on if anything is amiss with the car. As someone who knows little to nothing about cars it would be really easy for me to be taken advantage of and swindled out of money on things I don't need but Woods prides itself on being honest and never upselling me on things I don't need. They aren't the cheapest but they are competitively priced and when you take into account the time you save and the great customer service you receive, then they are by far the best value you'll find. They definitely did not vacuum out the car and they left a note in my car saying my coolant was low... He didn't even verbally tell me it was low, just left a note on my dash!! I also purchased a deal where you could add a $10 tire rotation on, but they would not rotate my tires either. He said one of my tire's tread was at a 3, so they wouldn't rotate any of them. I asked him if I needed a tire rotation and he said yes that I definitely needed one. This location used to be good but I guess they are under new management and they are totally different now. I called Sams & they are giving me a free tire rotation!!
