They kept in touch with me consistently throughout the process, provided excellent suggestions, and took great care of our home with tarps. Excellent customer service! They met my budget for the project which I greatly appreciated. By the end of the project, we were friends! They are now my "go-to contractor" from here on out. You absolutely cannot go wrong hiring SWC Contractors for any project you're planning for.

My experience with SWC Contracting (Keith and Georgie) literally Saved my sanity and pocketbook!…read more One of the things I hate most is dealing with anything with my house. My experience over the last 2 years with State Farm with my roof and inside my house has been one of the worst things I've encountered. My house is now almost 18 years old and for 2 years I have been fighting to replace my full roof and damage inside from not one but 2 major storm and wind damages. I have have lost count of how many contractors I who have just given up or wouldn't touch it because they were like state farm is awful and patching a roof that is crumbling they wouldn't touch. Then through a friend who was sharing my story I met Keith. They came to my house on a Sunday spent 3 hours listening to my story and going through all the paperwork. He didn't make me any promises we would win BUT he did promise he would be by my side and use every tool he knew to try and fight them. And he honored his word! He got me connected to Public adjustor company who we worked with on various stuff, he did drone test and pictures, arguing with State Farm etc. Even more amazing if that during this time I had some temporary gray pieces of tarp to try to protect my house. I was also in a battle with with my Homeowners Association. And yes he got engaged in that to helping me write letters, sending his own, offering to testify at meetings etc. all while we continue to fight insurance. Then HOA wanted to fine me $700 a day and he did what no one else would and put temp pieces where it was visible to the neighborhood to get them off my back. I know this was against everything he believed in doing BUT to help me deal with the HOA and not get charged monthly till a resolution with insurance he did it. This finally went all the way to the insurance commissioner. I'd love to say we won that fight but let's call it "draw". I received some reimbursement but still not enough to fix everything inside or the roof so it still not over as I have one more option left. But in the meantime I have to fix the roof now so no more damage happens. My main point I want to leave anyone with who is considering SWC Construction is Stop Considering AND Just Do It! They are great partners and truly a God sent. They have gone above and beyond and their service is like they are family who got your back. Regardless of the final result, partnering with Keith and Georgie has been the best decision out of a horrible situation no one should have to encounter or try to fight alone. We needed a complete master bathroom remodel that required demolition, a wall removal, adding new fixtures, and all new tiling. From start to finish, Damian was responsive, always on time, and highly professional. The remodel took just over two weeks which is exactly how long he estimated it would take. The painter and assistant that Damian brought on were also professional and did great work. The workmanship is top-notch and we're extremely happy with how our dream bathroom turned out! We're planning a kitchen remodel in the future and Damian will be the first person we reach out to. It's hard to find reliable contractors but Ensotile is absolutely someone you can trust!

We were supposed to start the project in March, but we had to postpone until August because of COVID. They were very flexible and understanding of our need to postpone. Damian was flexible in altering the plan as we moved along, and he went above and beyond to think of ways to make our bathroom as functional as possible. We are thrilled with the outcome of the project. We love our new bathroom and will definitely be in touch to remodel our two other bathrooms! I highly recommend Ensotile for bathroom remodeling. I hired R Contracting services based on the recommendation of a neighbor whom they did renovations for in the past. My project was to build a roof over my patio. When signing the contract, Renee was unwilling to pull a permit for the contract for the project, even though the roof was an addition to the house. I secured a permit under my name and thank God I did. The framing failed inspection due to no rafter straps, posts not being properly bolted and a post being cut differently than the other two without being properly secured. After they corrected those issues, they attempted to use water-damaged molded wood for the ceiling of the roof. When I told them it was unacceptable, their initial response was that they would "clean it" and put mold-resistant primer on the wood. I held firm because my son has Asthma. They eventually replaced the wood on the ceiling. The final straw was when they were finishing up and I had to notify them that a moved downspout was pointed towards a window. A two-week quoted project, ended up taking four. They were more concerned about getting paid than doing quality work or doing the project right the first time. -I would not recommend them to anyone.

Like anywhere, it is difficult to find dependable and trustworthy licensed contractors in the Atlanta area. I was referred to Hill and Hill Renovations by my Realtor, and I am very thankful for the recommendation. I had two different jobs to be completed, one for some repairs that were a result of a water mitigation job and the other for some remodel work. The extent of my work included drywall repair, painting, hardwood floors, tile work, hanging closet doors, and counter-top repair. It was great to work with both Larry Hill (owner) and his team of professionals. I was impressed with all aspects of the work from the team, quality, timeline, quality, costs, and communications. * Team: Larry Hill a great team who are all very professional and courteous. I was very impressed at how fast the team was working and they jumped right in to get the job done. I did not witness anyone wasting time, they all had a job and were on it. Larry Hill also has a business development director, Stephanie, that is a joy to work with. Stephanie ensured all estimates and invoices were provided timely, helped coordinate schedules and communications. * Subcontractors: In addition to his team, Larry has an extensive network of subcontractors that are truly experts in their field. The floor team was fast and provided quality work, all with a great attitude. The granite/marble counter-top team are miracle workers. They not only repaired some deep scratches in my counter-tops, they made the counter-tops shine unlike I have ever seen. * Quality: Overall, the quality of work Hill and Hill Renovations provided was great. It is not to say there were a few instances I had talk to Larry about some things, but no matter what it was, Larry made it right and appreciated my bringing thing to his attention. My satisfaction was of highest concern for Larry and his team. * Timeline: There is a saying when it comes to construction and remodel work that the timeline is never what is given or quoted. But Hill and Hill Renovations came very close. Larry originally quoted two weeks for the work to be completed and we ended at two and half weeks. This not due to Larry by any means, as my building has many restrictions on hours of work and we did not foresee losing a few days due to these restrictions. * Costs: Hill and Hill Renovations is very reasonably priced. Not to say I didn't get other estimates from other companies, Hill and Hill Renovations was equivalent to some and less than others. What made me comfortable with Hill and Hill Renovations is the detailed estimates I received from them. There were no hidden costs or questionable fees, everything was clearly state in the statement of work. Additionally, Hill and Hill Renovations ensured that I stayed with budget and did not add any "extras" to my final invoice. * Communication: I was very impressed in how Larry Hill and his team stayed in constant communication with me. They provided me updates to their schedule, supplies orders, and any issues they encountered. It was comforting to have a contractor that kept their client in mind while they were working. Knowing a trust worthy, dependable, and honest licensed contractor is always good to have. I highly recommend Hill and Hill Renovations for any remodel work, water remediation repairs, flooring, painting, and overall general contractor work.
