There were at least 350-400 people there last night and the sit down dinner was also overall very good. My wife had the chicken franchise, son the beef, and had the salmon. All portions were large. The salmon was a bit dry but good. I realize that can happen when ur feeding 400+ people at the same time. Justin our waiter did a great job and was very focused on doing his best to serve us. I would recommend The Venetian to anyone looking to hold an event. I've been there repeatedly and never left disappointed.
