Not a good thing for proper ball flight and distance gapping. Wes explained the club adjustment process, answered my questions, and completed the needed iron set tune up while I watched. I wouldn't recommend getting lessons from this store. It takes forever to get through them because the the instructor is hardly ever there, even if an appt is scheduled. I bought a pack of 6 lessons for my son, we only got through 5 before I gave up. Of those 5, we had two at the originally scheduled times with no issues. Two other visits were rescheduled due to Ben being sick, the other one was cancelled when I showed up and was notified that Ben wasn't in. I don't live in arlington and this was a hike, so we just never finished. My time is more valuable than the hassle. read more

Just ad my first full bag fitting...with Chris Hall...at the Arlington location. Chris was extremely knowledgeable, inciteful and patient. The entire process took about 3 hours, hitting a variety of manufacturers, and shafts. There was no sales pitch,,,he simply shared the numbers, and let me make my own choice...very refreshing. I would highly recommend Chris for your game improvement needs. I will seek him out again, if and when the time comes. read more

These PGA Superstores are more like Super-letdowns. Their trade in value was good but bring a book cause you're going to be there a while. The gentlemen helping me, Mikeal, was the only good crew member. The seemed to be manager was dialing himself in on the practice greens while there were a couple customers around and decided to do inventory on the aisle I was looking at, super awkward. Tried PGA Superstore one more time. I thought maybe my first visit was a fluke regarding poor customer service. NOPE! I walked in the store and a female attendee behind the counter looked at me dead in the eye and never said a thing. I mean we held our look about 2-3 seconds. Nothing. I went straight to the used putters and prices were absurd. Why even sell used putters?? Just put them in with the new putters for the same price?? Again, I walked the store to look around and this time I had 1 attendant at the back of the store near the golf bags asked if I needed help. I thanked him and politely declined. I went to the golf grips and spent at least 10 min looking at their inventory. The club repair guy behind the counter saw me there and not once did he ask if I was finding what I wanted. I chose a grip and picked up a golf glove and swing training aid and walked to the counter to pay. The cashier who rung me up never asked if I found what I needed. He silently rung up my items and never made eye contact. Total spent..$30. Oh...and the same lady who looked at me when I walked in....she looked at me again as she was walking to a register. She gave me the cold shoulder and went about her business. The cashier said "Here you go Sir" as he handed me the receipt. WORSE customer service if I had to describe this store. Golf Galaxy is WAY better and you will not be disappointed there. I ended up buying a $175 putter simply because the on duty manager came up to me and talked to me about his golf experience and which putters were his favorite. Customer service is the foundation of a good run store. At this store the poor customer service is a reflection of management not training their employees right and bad hiring practices. Re-gripped my clubs, extensive grip selections. The 1day turn around exceeded my expectations fast and efficient. I would suggest they raise the price of the grips to include the $7 labor gripping fee. read more

I have never in my life been so discussed, disappointed, and angry with a retailer. Where oh where do we start this off. I made an appointment with their coach ben two weeks prior to the day of the lesson. My excitement was mounting as I was finally going to have help hitting my new driver (you see I've been struggling with it). On the day of my lesson five hours prior to my lesson Ben called and canceled citing he was sick. Okay well that fine stuff happened I was a little agrivated as I am required to give them 24 hours notice and they call me 5 hours before to cancel and that's some how okay. No offer of making up for it or possibly discounting my lesson when he dose have time to reschedule it. What ever you surly knew you were sick the day before if it was so bad that day you had to cancel. So still slightly mad I gave him another chance and booked a lesson with him again for the next week. So here I go all excited again my wife's happy to have some free time and I load up my clubs and head off for my first lesson. I get to the store, pack mule my clubs inside and wait patiently to check in. Today we hit this driver weather it likes it or not! As I am standing there waiting a manager comes up and asks me if he can help me and I told him I'm just waiting for Ben for my lesson (you see I was about 30 min early I like to be early and in the traffic from where I live to here it's better safe than sorry) the managers face immediately turned to what I can only describe is a "OH SH!t" face and I knew what he was going to say. Apparently my lesson which was to start in 30 min was not going to happen and no one even bothered to call me! A reason for the cancelation was never offered. A reason no one notified me was never offered. A alternative was never offered. This has to be the worst, least professional golf business I have ever been to. I informed the manager gesturing to my golf bag that I have spent thousands of dollars his store alone and I am sad to say I will not spend another penny here. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a place I was spent so much time and money. Do yourself a favor if you want to be treated right go see Chris, Daniel, or Alex at golf galaxy across the highway. Your time is sure not to be disrespected by the professionals over there! read more

I've been shopping at PGATourSuperstore for a long time. This location is horrible. Staff is rude and rarely will talk to you. Tried to use the 90 Day Playability Gurantee and was told you can only use it on one item, once a year. That seems to be a policy made up for this location since the other locations will honor the guarantee on items purchased and you can return them once. read more
