I stood looking at bats today for almost 20 min. Finally picked up some gloves and left. At the counter the unconcerned checker asked if I had found everything. When I said no she said sorry again not really concerned and rang me up. This is typical for this store. If you want help you absolutely have to chase someone down.

They have so many different types of shoes, helmets, baseball bats, basketballs, clothing, swim trunks, golf clubs, and SO much more. They literally have everything sporty at this location and they've made it so modern. They have batting cages and a mini golf area set up to test golf clubs. We had so much fun just looking at everything they had within the store. They have a whole section of reasonably priced workout equipment as well & an area you can test some of it out with weights and everything. Most of their clothes are overpriced & some of their other items as well. They do have deals though that make it worth it though.

On my first visit, I confirmed online and by phone that the item was in stock, but when I arrived it was not available. Today I tried again and was immediately told, without checking, that the store did not have it. The employee was dismissive and rude when I asked about the online listing showing stock. I then spoke with a manager who was also unhelpful and dismissive, implying I was not being truthful and saying they had never heard of this issue. I've attached a screenshot showing the online stock information. At minimum, customers should be treated respectfully and given accurate assistance.
