It gives U the right amount of room to stir it up each time. I'm telling U one taste and U will be hooked. A few months ago I ended up eating a couple of 16 ounce jars.. Along with one or two BIG boy jars. Unfortunately, I stopped eating it for a while.. Especially, since there are 200 calories in only 2 tablespoons.. I'm talking about HEAPING ones..
