Antoine team contacted me right away and travel to my place regardless of distance between us. With the house that I bought Jarred was exceptional with his help. I had special needs when buying this house, I had a specific price range, I was paying cash, I have a husband who is completely disabled and needed special requirements. Jarred work with me for almost a year with the purchase of my home. We looked at a lot of houses, some had the right number of bedrooms but couldn't accommodate my husband. There were the ones that could accommodate my husband but would have required too much work. Then there were some that after I looked at it I walked out and looked at Jarred and we both just kind of shook our head and said no. Jarred even prayed with me that the good Lord would put me where I'm supposed to be. And after about 5 months I finally found the perfect house. I put my offer in and the offer was accepted and we started escrow. Due to circumstances beyond Jarred's control escrow lasted from January to June. During times I would get upset or worried things might not go through I could call Jarred and he would always explain things again and let me know that it's all going to work out. At the beginning, our conversations were pleasant and productive. However, after a few weeks, communication became very inconsistent. I had to repeatedly call and email him because I was genuinely interested in the property. I understand that people are busy, and I tried to be patient, but it started to feel like I was being given the runaround. After about a month of back and forth with little progress, I decided to contact the property owner directly because I was unsure whether they were serious about leasing the space. Speaking with the owner seemed to move things in a more positive direction. I was then asked to pay a $45 credit screening fee per person, which came to $90 total for myself and my business partner. Unfortunately, after submitting the payment, communication stopped again. I never received any meaningful updates from Robert, and ultimately, after two months of delays and unanswered messages, I gave up. I also never received a refund of the $90 screening fee. At the very least, clearer communication or a refund would have been appreciated. Overall, the lack of follow-through and communication made this a frustrating and disappointing experience. If this is the same effort he puts into selling you a home then I would steer clear from him.
