Every night I was emailed new Concord listings and every weekend we went out and looked at houses. He explained to me that the market was very competitive so we should only view properties that he knew I had a shot at winning because there were bidding wars that were going on. My family has bought/sold 5 houses and it has been pretty horrible dealing with the real estate agents. Two times there were pretty clear conflicts of interest.
