We've actually hired PGZ twice now. Once for a big demo project and another time for a small trash removal (mostly wood scraps and drywall). When we originally spec'd out the bigger project and got quotes, Marlon was fair and he was the fastest contractor to respond. We ended up deciding on him quickly because we got good vibes meeting him for the first time. The previous demo contractor we used was aggressive and just not a guy I was comfortable having in my house, so Marlon and his team were a breath of fresh air. His crew was hardworking, respectful, and punctual-- very nice guys. They were also pretty quiet, which is remarkable because I work from home. 11/10, would recommend any day. Marlon and team are fantastic they did a demo for us of a porch and deck. It was a difficult demo because the porch was built as part of the house. Marlon and team not only did the demo but ordered the dumpster and took care of everything with great care at a reasonable rate! I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
