We had a hot tub that was older and very heavy that we wanted to remove ( trash) and it was in a very tough spot in the back yard.It needed a lot of sawz all to break into sections to carry to the truck. It was 100 degrees out( hottest day to date in 2026. They broke it down in no time! We also needed a treadmill be disassembled in the basement and trashed as well! While the workers were great, the communication was subpar. We scheduled two pick ups. One was scheduled for around 10:00 but no show. Husband called at 10:30 and was told that he was sent a text with a change in time to 2:00 . Problem is he never received a text. And they showed up at 2:30. At that meeting, he scheduled another pick up for the following Monday. They verbally confirmed but on Monday, since we received no confirmation notification, we had to call the office again and were told that we were not on the schedule. Luckily they could fit us in, but it caused us a lot of stress since we were getting down to the wire for when we had to get rid of stuff. And they were quite expensive. We paid more to get our junk removed than we paid to move! read more

So I filled out their questionnaire and received a call back a few hours later. They were so nice and accommodating! I asked if they could come and see the furniture first, and then give me a firm quote, and they were able to do so! Their quote was reasonable and quite acceptable. I also wanted my old set removed the day before the new set was being delivered, so I was able to book a specific day with them for the following week. Sure I was told it could change but not this much. and I could have sent them away, but I needed it done. My mistake for not getting more quotes.
