We didn't know exactly when except September or October. Mike's response was, "THIS year?" He walked us through deciding on a date, and started work. I know this is a busy time for him; but within a few days, he had gotten us hotel reservations and air fare from both San Antonio and Sacramento. We requested either private or very small tours, although I wasn't sure such options exited. As with everything else, within a couple of days, he had a variety of tours that fit our criteria. Every trip we've taken we've been able to get a better route and price for flights and accommodations on our own. They get you with a credit card that they will give NO INTEREST on for a term and than they tell you to contact them when it's coming to a close and they will get it extended. They not only DON'T get it extended but if you complain about anything they stop responding to you. So, now they keep all your money and do NOTHING going forward. Not exactly how I wanted to spend 6k of my hard earned $$$$. Refund would be really nice about now since you aren't responding and have really not done much.
