Not an hour later gave him the thumbs up; he asked for address AND contact name then left me hanging for almost an hour after receiving that. I've attached a screenshot of our messages. Just a little tact would've made a huge difference and would have prevented this 1 star review. I feel all potential customers should know when contacting him that maybe what you're wanting won't be available - even if there's no initial indication to that possibility.

No one told us we needed cash up front. My brother told her it'll take just 5 mins to run to the bank, while they set up can he run to the bank and she said he was a liar and kept waiving him away saying no! It's seems like the moment she pulled up and met my brother she was so unprofessional and rude to him.
