Until now. This is exactly what I have been looking for, and I'm so glad I found a spot for all future needs. I needed a pair of jeans patched (big split rip & hole in the butt area and patches on the jeans coming unglued). I brought them in and went over the pair with the tailor & she said she could fix it for me & they would be ready in a week. Went to pick them up today & I was blown away. Couldn't even really recognize how torn they were on both sides of the main seam and they stitched and glued the patch back. All for only $30! The shop is small but that's what you want. A spot dedicated to just alterations sticking to what they are good at. Knowing they could handle the jeans, I know they will be great with any alterations I may need (dresses, etc.), and I can update when I do. LE truly went above and beyond for me…read more I was referred by Mariee's Bridal in Scottsdale to Suzanne's Sewing to have my wedding dress altered, and unfortunately it turned into a disaster. After my very first appointment, my dress went from fitting perfectly to not fitting at all, and with every subsequent appointment it only got worse. Two weeks before my wedding, I realized I had to take a chance and find someone else. I called Le and she knew even before seeing the dress, she immediately understood what was going on and agreed to see me at the end of her workday. When she finally saw the dress, she was shocked by the condition it was in. It had essentially been slapped together by Suzanne's Sewing. The dress had been stretched out and damaged from being repeatedly taken in and out, and mismatched material had even been added under the arm area and along the sides that looked nothing like the original fabric. LE worked on my dress every single day. During the first week I was in the shop every other day, and the week before the wedding I was there every evening. The night before we left for the wedding, I didn't leave her shop until 3 a.m. Despite the condition the dress was in, LE managed to completely transform it. She made sure it fit me perfectly and that the corrective alterations looked seamless. She even prepared a backup dress for me in case the original dress ripped during the reception because of the previous damage. LE is incredibly skilled and has a remarkable eye for detail. With formal gowns, every adjustment affects the entire structure of the dress. If someone doesn't fully understand how each change impacts the rest of the garment, the results can quickly spiral into bigger problems. LE clearly understands this craft at a very high level. If you are getting married or have a special event, this is absolutely the place you should go for alterations...DO NOT GO TO SUZANNE'S SEWING!

I was immediately impressed that she had been in business for 27+ years and she knew exactly what she was doing. She really went above and beyond when I asked her if there was any way she could fix the cocktail dress for me that day. Same day repairs are hard to do, but she was able to wave her magic wand and I picked the dress up later that day. She did an excellent job with the bride's maid dress and both pairs of jeans. She works fast, knows her stuff and is very reasonably priced. My only complaint is that she wanted to be paid in cash or check, they really should tell you that when you make the appointment.. Who still carries checks?

Drop off before 9 am, and your clothes will be ready after 5 pm the same day When you first use them, you get a dry cleaning bag you can use to drop off that has a bar code inside that links to your information. Makes dropping off a breeze, and is great for the night drop box so you know your clothes will be under your account. Put a credit card on file, and you can use their automated kiosk (think clothing vending machine) to pick up your clothes 24 hours a day. Great for those times you can't get there before they close, or just don't want to have to hurry. They do cost a little more, but the quality of the work and the convenience factors make it worth it to me.

It's about a five day turnaround time so not for quick service but convenient nonetheless. The bad thing about Tide is no pricing transparency. The prices are different every time I have clothes dry cleaned. The last time I dropped off a dress, there is a liner, so the cost to dry clean was $21. I called to ask why a liner would cost extra as that should be considered part of the dress but they said no. If it detaches then it's considered separate. Well, if you don't detach the snaps from the shoulders then it's one piece. Very expensive service that I feel should have been explained or called about. I would not have dry cleaned the slip liner.
