Gina exceeded my expectations! I brought in the dress I intended to wear as Maid of Honor at my sister's wedding only a couple weeks before the wedding. (I'm a terrible procrastinator.) My wedding took place in Sedona and my wedding dress had a train that unfortunately turned nearly all pink due to the red rocks. I brought my dress in to have it cleaned and Gina was so nice! She understood what needed to be done to get the dress back to being white again and she got to work on it right away. I came in and was as considerate and as kind as I could be not knowing anything about alterations and just inquiring about a fancy dress that was too big on me. Gina told me the dress would be too difficult to work on and had no interest in helping me.. masked how many inches I would like it brought in, I said I was unsure as I'm not familiar with measurements and offered to try it on to show her. She ignored my offer and continued to ask me about the inches. I finally insisted I try on the dress because I could not even remember the length that needed to be brought in I just knew it was big on me.. I could tell she was irritated at me trying it on. She acted so bothered the entire time trying to measure/ pin and handle the dress while it was on me making comments about how hard it was to measure and that she couldn't pin it & how it was going to cost me way too much to do. Kept asking me how it felt and when I asked if she could make it tighter she said she refused and said she doesn't recommend it tighter then continued complaining about the work. She then asked me how much I thought it would cost and I honestly had no idea.. I came in to inquire such... so I told her I didn't know and she told me to guess and just come up with a number that I was willing to spend to gauge my budget.. i said $150? & she ended up changing the estimate 3 times before quoting me 189.. by the end of it I was so defeated I completely reconsidered having her work on my dress - I couldn't justify her charging me more than I told her I could spend after she made me come with a number as well as her refusal to make it as tight as I would've been comfortable with and finally how poor her attitude was towards me since walking in the door. She thanked me for wasting her time and I left on the verge of tears. I ended up calling a tailor near by, the sweetest woman got me in last minute and stayed open late just to help me. Did everything this tailor would not do + more and quoted me the same price. Even said she would add a slit to the dress and made it as tight as I needed it to be for it to stay put and had no issues pinning it. I'm blown away by how poor my expierence was... I called to inquire about the cost of the clothes I was going to take to be cleaned and after answering my questions, I made a visit. I entered and the place was clean. The lady at the front was friendly and gave me her card. She told me that she would text me when my clothes were ready to be picked up. I dropped off a few dresses before I went on a trip, a comforter, and my wedding dress to be cleaned. I requested that my wedding dress be put in a box so that I can preserve it. The lady at the desk told me that she could do it and would follow all of the washing instructions on the tags of the dresses. After receiving a text message that my clothes were ready I went to pick everything up, excited to see my wedding dress. Once I saw it, I could not be more pleased. It was packaged beautifully...something I truly felt good about. Since I have had this done, I have told my family and friends about what a wonderful job they did with preserving my wedding dress. It cost me $13 to have a pleated cocktail dress clean. I assumed they would know that since it has pleats, you can't put it in a machine to press it, it needed to be hand steamed. Now you can see the iron marks when you put it on. I guess I should've been more explicit when I dropped it off. Now I need to take it somewhere to have at hand steamed. I hope it's not ruined. It was not $11.49, not that they would know, it's under my husband's name. I know they didn't steam it because the ruching is PRESSED into the fabric and it very noticeable when on. Thank God someone else fixed it, this is a $150 cocktail dress. Be more careful. read more

*** WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS*** I've been coming to this dry cleaner for over a year now. Up until now, I've never had any issue with the service. The lady business owner was always the one I'd interact with. She never was particularly friendly with me and sometimes would have an attitude when I asked a simple question. With all that being said, they did good work with cleaning my clothes and I didn't mind the less than stellar customer service. Unfortunately however, I recently had a very unpleasant experience when I had a 2-day turnaround on some shirts and pants I needed dry cleaned. One of the pairs where the belt loop seam is on the backside of the pants came apart. I noticed this and took a photo of the issue with the timestamp on my phone. I had to have my pants tailored to fix the seam in the back of the pants and it cost me $25. When I called the lady to tell her what happened, she tried to squarely place the blame on me, and said that I probably didn't recognize the seam burst in the back of the pants when I dropped them off. I politely told her that I'm a very meticulous person when it comes to these kind of things and that I always look over every article of clothing as I'm handing them off for cleaning. I told her that this isn't something that I would miss, and that I wasn't responsible for this damage. Rather than argue with her, seeing as she had no interest in taking any responsibility, I respectfully asked her if she would give me the benefit of the doubt and credit me $25 for future services. I told her that I'd like to continue as a customer and that I had been happy with their services over the past year. Ultimately she was unwilling to give me the credit for the $25 and shifted all responsibility and blame to me. And when I asked her if she was willing to lose a long term customer over a $25 credit request for damages, she said yes in a very adamant tone. It doesn't seem like a very effective way to run a business, but apparently she doesn't care. Don't waste your time or your money here. The lady business owner has very little interpersonal customer service skills, and clearly they don't value their customers with the attitude they show. read more

I had to get my comforter cleaned and this was close to my home. The staff was super sweet and helpful. I was given a quote of a week and it took a little longer, about 10 days to get my comforter back. No big deal really because I wasn't in any rush. However, when I finally went to open the bag it came in, my comforter had a STRONG smell of heavy perfume and mothballs. I tried airing it out and spraying it with febreeze, and I cant get the smell out. Its been sitting out for over a week and the smell still hasn't gone away. I haven't been able to use it. Going to try and run it through my washing machine but its a king size so its difficult. read more

I will definitely not go here again. I took my daughter's uniform skirt here to be altered and they took in the waist in the front! It looks ridiculous. She has to wear it backward and because of that the pockets are useless. Who takes in a waist in the front??
