I actually have proof for my review, feel free to read the messages. I hired Sound Mind Studios…read morearound November where at first I did get the quality of work that I wanted. I spent around $200 and got $200 worth of work back. My mistake was getting comfortable, I paid in advanced $400 for the rest of my project with terrible results. As you can see in the texts this person refused to respond on multiple occasions, I paid for work around January and still around summer I was asking for my work back. By the time I got my work back there were essentially no changes. The producer added an EQ layer which someone their first semester of undergraduate could do within 10 minutes, it was nothing that I asked for and definitely not worth $400. I contacted his manager who clearly didn't want to be bothered. At this point summer was in full swing and I wanted to just have a refund of my $400 and find another studio. Of course the manager "didn't have my money" and refused. He offered to fix my project but with the low quality of work and clear annoyance with me (and I quote) "This cannot be a never ending project", I accepted that I was stolen from and moved on. DO NOT GO HERE unless you're fine losing hundreds of dollars.
