Would not recommend for custom jewelry work unless you have unlimited time, money, and patience. 3 months of phone tag, and 3 in person visits and still could not give me a straight answer on cost or timeline when multiple other jewelers were able to within a few days. George and Irma were very nice and I had positive interactions in person but had very poor follow through when I wasn't physically there. And I felt multiple times that they were being wishy washy in a way that was meant to encourage me to seek services elsewhere. I wish they would have said up front that they didn't have the bandwith to work on my project. Some positives are that George did repair a pendant for me which was super straightforward so that was nice. And we had some nice chats about gemology and how cool gemstones are. And they do have some really beautiful vintage/antique pieces. TLDR; nice people, skill is there, but poor communication, didn't work out for me. read more

After getting it all done up, I did not realize it needed to be resized and I needed it within a week! The husband and wife there were very willing to help me out getting it resized, and also lent me a ring sizer to take home to see what size were her rings. They were also willing to meet me at their place after they were done, as I had difficulty with getting to the shop the day it was ready. The ring came out absolutely perfect!
