I called this business as I was in the neighbourhood and was advised they were slow and that it would take 1 hour to get a car wash max 2 hours but reassured that they were not busy and it would take 1 hour. It was my first time going here. Arrived at the location I opened my drivers side mirror fixed my hair and concealer then grabbed some stuff and put it in the trunk and advised them they don't need to clean the trunk as I had tons of stuff back there and it would save them time. It took over 2.5 hours almost 3 hours and I didn't complain as I was not in a rush and I understand they could have been busy. ( I got a car wash and wipe down inside + vacuum) While I was sitting and waiting I saw them start to vacuum my trunk with a very long vacuum. I advised that it was not necessary and reminded them that I didn't need the trunk cleaned. After 2.5/3 hours they brought my car out and I thanked them and I left went straight home parked my car inside my enclosed garage on my gated property and plugged it in to charge (I have a Tesla) and did not leave my place for the night (I can prove this in court if necessary my car has driving history etc. And I have cameras etc.) On my way home I got a phone call from Them advising that they forgot to put one of my floor Matt's back in and I advised I'd come the next day to get it. When I got into my car to go to work the next day i opened my drivers side mirror to fix my hair to see that it was shattered. I have motion detection cameras on my property and my Tesla also has motion activated alarm. No alarms were set off. This damage would have been caused during the car wash with what most likely would have been the end of the vacuum as I saw how long they were myself. An honest mistake I'm sure. I called them there was no answer so I emailed them and also did the live chat option. I got an email back saying they will call me the next day. I woke up to no calls or emails so I went there at which time they denied liability rite away, they said I had no proof that they caused it, they then tried to accuse me of lieng and saying that it was previous damage. As a female before I go into a business or store etc. I check my mirror and fix my hair etc. My mirror was not shattered before I took it to the car wash, they didn't even care to see the damage I had to ask multiple times for them to come and take a look at the damage at which time again they accused me of lieng. I would not recommend this business as from my personal experience they didn't care to look into this damage and not only denied it rite away but accused me of lieng. read more

Misleading and dishonest company. There are plenty of other detailers that do a far superior job. These guys did a poor job of Kavaca wrap on the full front of my car. It was bubbling and peeling everywhere. Plus they didn't even cover the entire front like they were supposed to. They charged me $1800 when their partial jobs are supposed to only start at $950 and full front starts at $1650. I sent it back and told them to cover it all properly. They quoted me another $1500 to do the entire front of the car. So we are in for $3300 to do the full front. I said no to the extra $1500 and sent it back to have it redone and have it all covered like they were supposed to, properly. The re-did it and the STILL didn't fully wrap the front and they even took a couple pieces away! I sent it back AGAIN and haven't heard from them since. I haven't had my car for an entire month because these jokesters can't owe up to their mistakes and then try to charge me again for their screw up. Think twice before you deal with this unprofessional company. Do your research and it will save you in the end. My neighbour's have 2 of their cars wrapped and they were cheaper and flawless. read more

I had an awful experience so totally disappointed I researched on google a few different places,Thinking it's BBB a proved must be awesome. This is going to be a long story so angry.. Anyways I go in the owners wife is all over not professional at all heading off to her hair appointment (Seriously I'm trying to ask questions so I can be more informed of this procedure and what it endures.. Anyways they have like 10 vehicles in one day.. How do you possibly get a good quality job when 1 vehicle takes a whole day for a great job done!!! Get the truck back looks great in the shade,So many imperfections.. Ok ok benefit of the doubt I told her I wasn't satisfied ok come back a second time OMFG it was worse the second time around.. This was a birthday present for my husbands 2011 Chevy truck.. Let me tell you though! If you have a mustang, Mercedes Porsche etc job is done right!!! I feel ripped off of $600 that I saved to give him the gift of a brand new looking truck.. Plus the change I had in there that I purposely left to see if it would get stolen.. Was NOT there after.. My husband took his truck there a couple weeks again and we were so disappointed. The inside looked okay, I wouldn't say it was "detailed" as all the nooks and crannies were still dirty but the places they did clean looked good. The door jams hadn't been touched at all which was annoying when it specifically says that they are included in the detailing. The outside was horrendous. When we first pulled in we didn't even think it had been washed. Upon closer inspection it looks as though they ran a dry rag over it as there were tiny scratches ALL over it! We asked them why it wasn't cleaned properly and they said because we didn't get the gold package... the package we got was $400... you'd think it would at least be clean! They used every excuse, said that it was because the parking lot was so dusty, then began to spot clean it while we were standing there. I tried to ignore it but when we got the truck home I was annoyed that it was so dirty after $400 so I sent them an email. The response I got was the most unprofessional email I had ever, EVER received and as the emails went back and forth they actually got worse. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. I will NEVER be back there nor do I recommend them to anyone, you may as well flush $400 down the toilet. read more
