There is no safe way to enter the dining room and that would be an easy fix by switching the drive through lane with the South parking area. We walked in and there weren't many people inside, yet it took forever to get someone to take our order. There was once person who finally said "we'll be with you shortly." She then slow-walked out to a car and took her time moseying on back, like she had no place to go. Some kid mercifully came in and helped us. The line queued up really quickly due to having to wait for someone. A couple seated got their order 15 minutes AFTER we arrived, so it's likely they waited 20-30 minutes for a simple order. When we got our order, which was an ice cream cup and a Blast, I noticed mine wasn't even filled up to the normal level for the size, and there was ice cream all over the side of cups, since they didn't wipe them down the way you normally see this. Thankfully I had wet wipes. There was nothing good to say about this location. I realize the drive through can get busy, but there's no excuse for the appearance nor the service here.
