It was at a campground, and I had volunteers on hand to handle the service. I just needed the deliverables. Saul immediately started giving me advice and at first I thought he was "mijo-ing" me. I very quickly realized that his advice came from decades of running a family business. This man was solving all of my problems remotely because his intention was to give good service for a party he would not attend. The food was ready for pickup on time and the guests loved it. Saul provided us with everything we needed for service. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent with multiple follow ups while I was busy organizing an event. Again, kudos for guiding me through this process and removing stress from my plate. I also loved meeting his family. Both of his sons were extremely polite and thoughtful. If I host again, I'm coming back to Saul.

Jose arrived an hour early to set up the table and start cooking, which we really appreciated. We especially liked the quality of the meats. The asada (beef), carnitas (pork), and pollo (chicken) were all flavorful and well prepared. The corn tortillas were soft and fresh. We all liked the tortilla chips. The catering also included cheese quesadillas, beans, and rice. Jose's service was friendly, professional, and organized. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend him for parties and events.

I love the venue, all good, but the HIFI Pizza experience for dinner was a horrible! At first, I thought: great, you order online from your table, easy peasy. After waiting and waiting, and the show coming up, I went to the counter to ask about our dinner. The staff (who were completely overwhelmed) said I don't know what happened to your order. Then left me. I thought: well, that's not an appropriate answer. So when someone popped out again, I said he needs to tell me what's going on. So then, they investigated and discovered my order was canceled because they ran out of our style of pizza. I didn't get a text, an email, and I wasn't called out by the staff who had my order number. Having not eaten, and the show about to start, I asked if he could just make us any kind of pizza? He said I'd have to order from scratch again. I told him that was ridiculous! I'd been waiting an hour already. He just walked away and said they were too busy. So I ordered again. While waiting, people were standing there confused about their order, no one was at front of house to help, or answer questions. And when a staff member did pop out, they were clearly overwhelmed and not nice. I should have at least received a free pizza or something! So disappointed. They need a front of house manager and to not run out of food, especially when you're planning to eat there and need food to endure the three hours you're spending at a concert that means a lot to you.
