Shareable Boards never disappoint. I've used their services for almost everything! New Years, Birthday's, Mother's Day, Housewarming, & potlucks at work. They're always on time w/ deliveries or pick ups, the presentation & quality of each item on the board is so delish & incredible. Each board is so creative & specially made for you & your guest, it's never the same. I always get excited when they make my boards, I'm definitely a loyal customer.

Recently, we learned about their Thursday specials: entrees come with a salad and drink. It came out to be about $20 per person. Not bad for a sit down with the family. It's definitely a better experience than Panera. At least at Old World, the servers bring out the generous portions with plates and utensils to the table, timely. The dining room is spacious and their restrooms are always well maintained. The only downside is the parking. It may be difficult to find close parking during the business hours of the adjoining businesses. Otherwise, it's a good place for an informal meal.

As someone who belongs to several wine clubs, I was excited to discover a spot like this right in my own backyard. The showroom selection was beautiful, and the chocolate offerings (especially the blood orange dark chocolate) were a standout. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill due to the service. When I asked the sommelier about their champagne, his response came across as arrogant and dismissive, implying that "everyone knows" it was entry-level and basic. It felt unnecessary and off-putting, especially when I was genuinely interested. After enjoying the band for a bit, my friends and I decided to sit on the outdoor patio, which looked very inviting. As I walked out, the sommelier actually chased after me along with another man from the doorway to tell me I couldn't take my wine outside. It felt uncomfortable and unnecessarily confrontational. When I asked why there was a seating area if drinks weren't allowed, the response was unclear and inconsistent. Overall, this place has great potential and a lovely atmosphere, but the sommelier's attitude really ruined the experience. It's especially disappointing if he is the owner, because that sets the tone for the entire establishment.

I ordered the big cheesesteak with extra meat and cheese, and it was loaded with grilled onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and jalapeños. There are six different cheeses to choose from, so you can really customize it to your liking. The cheesesteak was juicy, tender, and flavorful, while the bread held up surprisingly well with all the fillings. The West Coast Tots were another highlight. They were super crispy and loaded with steak and cheese. The cheese sauce had a nice texture that brought everything together. Portions are generous, the food is satisfying, and if you're a cheesesteak fan, this is definitely worth checking out. Come hungry!

I specifically watched this occur while my order was being prepared, when I asked her if she changed gloves her response was " I have extra gloves here" I asked again if she switched gloves while handling different meats and she said she can re do my trays again. Afterward, I called the store and spoke with a manager named Liz, who told me they had been advised by the health department that employees did not need to change gloves between handling different raw meats. That response was surprising to me. Under the California Retail Food Code, food employees are required to prevent cross contamination of food, and single use gloves must be changed whenever contamination could occur and may not be used for multiple tasks without proper handwashing and glove changes. Specifically, California Health & Safety Code §§ 113961 and 113973 address preventing contamination and the proper use of single-use gloves. Based on what I personally witnessed, I did not feel confident that proper cross-contamination prevention practices were being followed. Separately, my brother became seriously ill after consuming food purchased there and was later diagnosed with a Salmonella infection. I cannot say with certainty where the infection originated, but given what I observed, I felt it was important to share my experience. What makes this especially disheartening is that I genuinely love the food here and have been a customer because of the quality of the products they sell. I wanted to continue supporting this business, but after witnessing these food handling practices and receiving the response I did when I raised my concerns, I no longer feel confident that proper food safety precautions are being followed. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and reviews its practices to ensure customer safety.

I bought the: - Tofu pudding/dessert tofu/dou hua with brown sugar on the side - Delicious and silky! The brown sugar was light and added just enough sweetness to complement the tofu. - Taro buns (5 ct) - This is the best taro bun my family and I ever had. The breadskin is so light and fluffy. The taro paste filling was not overly dense nor sweet. You can really taste the taro in the filling. - Organic scallion buns (6 ct) - This is the best scallion bun my family and I ever had. We could taste the scallion flavor without it being too strong. The bun was a touch denser than the taro bun. - Meat and veggie buns - The meat and veggie filling was delicious and not too saltym. The veggies in the filling still has a crunch to them (unlike buns I've tried from other places). The bun itself was light and not too dense. - Unsweetened soy milk - The soy milk was light and the perfect consistency. It isn't thick or grainy like some other soy milks can be. - Tofu jerky - Flavorful, but not too salty. Great pairing with a bowl of rice! - Zongzi (Taiwanese style) - Delicious and light. Also not too salty or rich. The shop itself is small, but very clean and organized. The shop owner is so cute and enthusiastic about all of her products.
