They arrived early to set up, and were friendly and professional throughout the entire evening. We had a family of 16 adults and 4 kids, a lot of mouths to feed and keep entertained, but chefs were so funny and kept all the children and adults laughing and playing along with their fun games and wowing us with their fire shows! Each course, beginning with salad, followed by fried rice, and our proteins of choice, had fun games and tricks in-between. The chefs had our family throwing eggs into hats, juggling fire torches, and chanting "sake, sake, sake!" as actual sake was squirted into people's mouths via a water gun! Hosted a party of 12 adults and 3 children for a surprise 35th bday. The service was outstanding. Harold entertained 15 people single handedly while cooking amazing food. He showed up on time, set up, and within 15 minutes of arrival my guests had their first course (salad). delicious ginger dressing. Salad was cold and crisp, not soggy and dressing was cold as well. As Harold was preparing the second course (fried rice) he was interactive and entertained us with games and jokes. Fried rice was delicious. Third course (veggies) were amazing. Full of flavor and not over cooked. Fourth course (protein) was the best part. My party had steak, chicken, salmon, shrimp AND lobster. This wasn't just a typical family dinner.
