I was asked to rate the service I received this week and I would gladly do it! Overall MoreHands maid service has been a good service for us for years (although we took a break for a little while during Covid). I like the people at the office as they are polite and accomodating and because I can communicate with them very well. We have had other providers that would clean much better, but could not keep a consistent schedule. MoreHands has been able to provide service more consistently once per week for a little while now. The issue with them is that they like to move the start times around. Another issue is that they will not do ANY laundry. There have been two teams that have been coming to our home, and I like them both... They have both been doing very well: Team 3 (Claudia and Glenda) have consistently done a great job, and are very cordial and pleasant while they are performing their duties! They also go the extra mile. Keep up the great work! Team 2 (Stephanie and Julie) do what is asked of them. I like the way they make our beds. They work quick.

We really never complained because we pretty much try and keep the home as clean as possible ourselves. But the reason for this review is because we recently moved. Had more hands do what they call a move out clean. Which don't ever let them con you into this. They sent 2 employees that basically did absolutely nothing for 5 hours to a completely empty home. And charged us around $450 to mop a floor. Biggest scam ever.!!!!!! Do not recommend this company at all. If there was an option for negative stars I would have given them negative 5

Cynthia was very knowledgeable and patient with me. The guys that did the work were all very nice and I felt comfortable having them in my house. It was a fun experience seeing my kitchen design come together even better than I had imagined. I went from having a kitchen that didn't function and was so ugly to a beautiful kitchen that inspires me to cook and have friends over to hang out around the island. Contracted monolite to fix a leak I had on a window. The initial fix at the window was not…read moresuccessful but monolite came back immediately and found the leak coming from the wall above the window. The workers were very professional and worked through tricky parking around my house/several rain storms. Leaks are tricky to identify so you won't always find them on the first try. I will trust using monolite going forward for any future wall/stucco leak issues!

The worst company ever!!!…read more They sent out a technician who had no experience with my locks and she kept saying I've never seen these before. I asked her to call for a more experienced technician but she kept saying she could handle it. Welp she did a terrible job. Most of my deadbolts are stuck and hard to open now. Never had any issues opening or being stuck before the rekey service. The kitchen door deadbolt doesn't even lock. She removed the latch to make it lock now I have no latch there. When I asked her to get a supervisor to find a solution she went outside with the keys with my doors locked essentially locking me in my own house without a key! I was on the verge of calling police. The customer service person didn't help either, they kept blaming it on my doors in a newly remodeled house where I had no issues with my deadbolts locking before. Complete scary nightmare. I have to call another company to redo all the locks again. ... wasted money

Last Spring, I asked Liberty Kitchen, Baths and More for a quote to update my guest bathroom floor…read moreand bathroom vanity, and to install a six-panel door where there wasn't one in an entryway. Liberty sent Julio out to my house and I met with him. I showed him what I wanted and he gave me some ideas which were included in the quote. I received the quote from him, which was reasonable. My issue was that after I received the quote from Julio, there was no follow up. We were supposed to go and look at some countertops and vanities, but he kept rescheduling and cancelling on me. The last time we were supposed to meet to go and pick some materials out it was a Friday and I waited on him for 1.5 hours before it got too late. I got a little mad and I told him to tell me when he was available vs. me waiting on him. When I didn't hear from him by Saturday, I sent him a note and said, "Julio is my job too small for your company to take on? I'm getting the impression it is and if it is please just let me know." Julio responded back to say the job wasn't too small. "I will get it done for you. I am working on the schedule for this up coming week. I apologize for the set back. I will get it done for you." I responded that I was thinking the job was too small and that he was just being too polite to tell me. He responded back again and said, "No mam. We value all our customers. We will do the project. Please allow me to finish my schedule and I will put you on our list for the week." I never heard from Julio again so I went with ACE Hardware handyman services, who did a fabulous job for me; did everything I asked; and the actual cost came in $1,000 less than the estimate - which was very unexpected and appreciated. As a matter of fact, I think they did such a fantastic job that I am having them come back and do more work for me. So in summary, I do not recommend Liberty Kitchen, Baths and More. Lack of follow up and no customer service. But I do recommend ACE Hardware Handyman services!
