I asked her to call for a more experienced technician but she kept saying she could handle it. Welp she did a terrible job. Most of my deadbolts are stuck and hard to open now. Never had any issues opening or being stuck before the rekey service. The kitchen door deadbolt doesn't even lock. She removed the latch to make it lock now I have no latch there. When I asked her to get a supervisor to find a solution she went outside with the keys with my doors locked essentially locking me in my own house without a key! I was on the verge of calling police. The customer service person didn't help either, they kept blaming it on my doors in a newly remodeled house where I had no issues with my deadbolts locking before. Complete scary nightmare. I have to call another company to redo all the locks again. ... wasted money

It had never been laid properly (no re-bar, one section done in the pouring rain) and was riddled with very large cracks. Adding to its demise were sections that had to be broken up and replaced years ago due to required foundation work. All in all, it was an eyesore and, with now uneven sections due to the cracks, it was becoming at times dangerous to walk on. I'd had enough of it. I did my research on replacements (pavers vs. concrete). When we decided to go with stamped concrete, I sought out three bids for the approximately 350 square foot job. We needed the existing patio to be demolished and hauled off, a new one (same size) framed and laid with rebar installed. We opted to have the new patio colorized and stamped with a flagstone pattern, then sealed. This was not merely an overlay (as some contractors do) - this was a completely new structure. Stamped Patio Solutions was not the cheapest, but I felt confident that they would do the best job. I was right. Ariel was great to work with and Manuel (his "concrete guy") did an absolutely amazing job. Meticulous in every detail from start to finish, they ensured that this would be a stable structure, less prone to future cracks and aesthetically pleasing. The entire job took about 5 days. Care was taken to reduce any impact on our house and yard. Clean up each day was thorough. Measures were taken to ensure the safety and availability to the back yard for our three dogs. Clear instructions were provided regarding care and maintenance of the now-sealed new patio. No down payment is required, since you pay in full when the job is complete. I highly recommend Stamped Patio Solutions. They made a very ugly space into an area that I'm now happy to look at every day - and they did it very, very well.

They responded quickly, came to my home, and thoroughly assessed the damage. What really stood out is that they didn't immediately try to push a costly solution. Instead, they advised close monitoring and said they would follow up over the next 60-90 days so I wouldn't spend money that I might not need. However, when my home began to worsen and I could tell the situation was progressing, they acted immediately--scheduled the work right away and returned to install piers to properly elevate and stabilize the home so it would stop sinking. Throughout the entire process, the team was highly professional and respectful of my property. The work area was necessarily invasive, but they kept everything extremely clean and handled my home with care. Communication was excellent, with clear explanations of what to expect and a solid timeline from start to finish. They also provided a full warranty, and the quality of the job is flawless. Had 2 structural engineering firms - both had different solutions to the same cracks. Called Lonnie and Jack at Lincoln Jacob Construction (LJC). They came up with a 3rd solution that incorporated the best of both engineers. Claeton 2nd in command from LJC came over to redo the inspection that the other 2 engineering firms completed. He noted there was a marginal need to do anything . We decided to pursue a minor lift to fortify our foundation. After the completion work, LJC had the engineering firm to do final inspection. Voila - house foundation now solid and leveled. The people at LJC are great - honest, responsive and excellent value for a local Katy company. Some tips ; expect lots holes, but will be filled back up with soil or new concrete patch. For those areas where you don't want an unaesthetic concrete patch - like the entry to your front door -request tunneling. Ask for rebar added to concrete piers to provide more strength. Expect new cracks- this is inevitable but the majority of the my old cracks are much better Make sure engineering firm comes back to certify the completed work. My recommendations work with a good team . The best is Josiah at Crosstown Engineering and work with a honest responsive and excellent construction company - Lincoln Jacob Construction - Jake, Lonnie, Claetan, Omar and Jamie were great.

Then when I walked into their showroom, again, neither him or the assistant was wearing a mask. Brandon did make note of what I wanted in an outdoor kitchen and did an awesome drawing, but it wasn't exactly what I wanted so I called the assistant to have Brandon call me before he started the revision with the changes, he didn't call back, strangely enough, the assistant called me a week later to set up an appointment and I asked her if she asked Brandon to call me and she couldn't remember. So, I said I can't make the final appointment until he calls me back so I can tell him the changes. He did finally call back a week after that and I told him the changes, but now it's been going on 3 weeks to make those minor changes and he still hasn't called back to show me the new changes in the 2D and 3D drawings so we could move forward. I guess I won't ever hear back from him. Just to note, I was told I would get a 2D and 3D drawing, I only got 1 of those for my money which was $300, but it wasn't the one with the final new changes (what a rip off). Guess he doesn't want to do business with me as the reason he is avoiding me. So disappointed in how I was treated. I've moved on to other companies that ARE interested in doing business with me. Avoid this company.
