Lois was the one who suggested that I needed to have my eyebrows done. When I went back after the red fiasco, she decided to correct it by doing some darker shading. I liked the new color, but the pain and bleeding were unexpectedly severe. I'm fairly tolerant of pain (even sutured my own laceration with no anesthesia) and I had eyeliner tattoos done twice and tolerated it very well. However, this was out of proportion to what I would have expected. I understand that it was as frustrating for Lois as much as it was for me, but I bled so much, and she said she couldn't use any more topical anesthetic for the pain. She treated me like it was my fault, and glared at me when I gave her my payment. She wouldn't even take my check until I left a tip, and I'd always tipped before that. My new esthetician noticed the stippling scars on my eyebrows, and said that Lois went too deep. Please understand that I recognize Lois as a master in her craft in eyelash extensions. I know that she now has a school to teach eyelash extensions, and I'm sure she's very good at that. However, after my eyebrow experience, I would never go back.

When she tried to dispute it, they claim she never put it on pause. It was a cluster instead of coming to an agreement. Their solution was give me half my money back and still lose the other half or get credit even though she wasn't happy with the Lashes and didn't want to continue at the salon. They were rude both the manager, and I never got a chance to speak to the owner. We had to dispute it with my credit card and had to go through a whole hassle.

She did a fantastic job filling my lashes!! I am very particular and have featherized dramatic lashes, she was very experienced and knew just what to do. I usually get my lashes done when I'm home in Las Vegas at Cherry Lash Lounge at twice the price! Highly recommend Cat and will be back next time I come for a visit! Also, she was very personable and fun to talk with!!! Five Stars
