And while you wait for your service, you wait in a waiting room with massage chairs that you can enjoy and relax. This was key to my good experience while waiting a long time. I appreciated the time Dr. Phi spent in our consultation and providing his suggestion in some of the concerns I had. His RN was also very friendly & sweet, checking on how I am multiple times. During my procedure Dr Phi checked in on me multiple times and the RN to ensure I'm comfortable. The only thing I was displeased with was my appt was at 1pm. I didn't get out of there until 3pm. If I was prepped about the amount of wait time, that would have resolved my frustration. I was anticipating 30 min -1 hr. While I was there there was 2 other patients getting services. I visited Phi MD Aesthetics on 11/22/2025 for my first Pico laser treatment, and now that it's been almost a month, I wanted to share an honest review based on my experience. I've included before-and-after photos for reference. I chose this practice based on strong reviews and because the doctor stated I could expect 50-60% improvement after the very first session. At almost 30 years old, I found it concerning that such a guarantee was made -- especially since it ultimately did not happen. After spending over $1,000, I've seen very minimal improvement. As shown in the photos, my hyperpigmentation remains, my skin texture has not meaningfully improved, and scarring is still visible. Any brightness I do see does not feel like it's from the laser itself, but rather from the brightening serum provided afterward, which makes the results feel even less attributable to the treatment. While Julia, the nurse, was kind and helpful, my experience with the doctor felt impersonal. The practice operates like a high-end, high-volume machine, where treatments are pushed out efficiently rather than thoughtfully customized. Given the pricing, it felt more transactional than patient-focused. Overall, I would not recommend this practice unless you have significant disposable cash to put toward a package deal and are comfortable with results that may not align with what is promised. This is a long-overdue review for my laser eyebrow removal sessions with Dr. Phi. After four unsuccessful saline removal attempts on my semi-permanent brows, I decided to try laser removal. It took three sessions, spaced four weeks apart, to go from very dark black brows to bright red and finally back to my natural eyebrows. There's still a slight red tinge near the ends, but it's easily covered with concealer. I'm so glad to have my original brows back, even though they're very sparse. I was recommended to this place by a friend after I told him about my tennis elbow. I was dealing with tennis elbow from playing excessive amount of pickleball.
