I called another number they have for general questions, not for appointments, and a woman told me they closed at 2:30 pm today. I told her I made an appointment at 2:30, arrived early, it was closed. I stopped doing other things to be there, and she just said, do you want an appointment for Thursday?" Of course not. You can't even speak with a representative on the phone. That system is terrible and very inconvenient. Now I'll look for another place to go that offers the same services, but be organized and take responsibility.
